Chapter 12 : Nocturnal Creatures

I woke up early in the morning and went down stairs to pee,

I saw a clock on the bottom stairs, paste at the wall,

It says that it's 3:23 AM,

Damn, looks like I woke up too early again,

I went to the restroom and do my business,

After taking a pee, I went back upstairs to our room,

But, as I was walking to the stairs, I saw someone or something at the window,

Two eyes are staring from outside, and it was glowing white,

My eyes widened as its hand raised and touch the window, trying to force its way in.

I gasp hard as someone covers my eyes,

"Shh" I looked up to see that it was Taehyung,

"It can't see, but it can hear" he said,

"Let's go" he took my hand and lead me upstairs,

"What is that?" I said as we reach the top,

"One of the Nocturnal creatures here in Magic Island, they are ones normal, but when one of them reaches you, they will gouge your eyes out and eat them, assuming that eating someone's eyes will turn them back into what they were before, after that, the touch of their hands will make you transform into one of them" he explained

"There are more of them actually, not just any of that, but there's even more creatures who are stronger and dangerous than them" he continued,

"But let's not talk about it, the important thing is, staying at home before the night comes is one of the best ways not to encounter them, let's get you back to sleep"

Taehyung walk me back to our room and tuck me in beside Taehyun, who is sleeping beautifully on left side,

"Sleep now, okay?"

"I will"

And with that, he left the room and closed the door

"Where did you go last night?" Taehyun asked while I'm drying my hair, since I just finished taking a shower,

"I went to pee, wait how did you-"

"When I turned around, you weren't there, I was about to get up and look for you but then heard Taehyung's voice and yours, then you guys opened the door and laid down beside me again, plus Taehyung tucked you back so I didn't bother to do anything" he explained

"Oh..."

He smiled at me and flicked my forehead,

"Ack"

"Next time, when you need anything, just ask me" he said then chuckled, "By the way, the dress looks good on you" he continued as he look at me with those beautiful eyes of his, (🍉 : Don't mind the compliments, I'm just swerving at him)

"Thanks" I smiled and do a small turn giving him a good look on the dress, front and back.

"Beautiful"
