Chapter 12

"My name is Blair! And thank you! I think you're very handsome yourself! Tehe!" She chuckled  while jumping on top of Wes, giving him a small nosebleed.
"W-what?! She lives h-here?! Soul what kind of man are you?!" Stuttered Wes in shock,

"Shut up! It's not what it looks like by the way! It's a long story" I shout out

"Soul, you can show Wes around the house while I cook dinner!" Maka tells me, I show Wes Blair's room and me and makas room

"Oh so you and that girl sleep together? Wow soul, you have grown up a lot I suppose? If you know what I mean" he winks at me with a smirk on his face, I blush from embarrassment because he wasn't wrong, but I just keep quiet
"Let's go to the living room!" I say. We sit down and watch some shows until maka was done cooking.
"Ok boys and cat! Food is ready!" She announced, I love makas cooking, it's so delicious, all of us sit down and enjoy our meal, Wes's eyes widened with glee
"Ms. Albarn, you cooking is amazing!" He says

Makas pov
Wow, I feel happy having one of souls family members compliment my cooking! Soul smiles seeing me smiling,
"Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!" I tell Wes

"Yep! Makas cooking is the best!~" Blair tells him

We were all talking until we finished our food, that's when Wes had to leave
"Well, it was nice seeing you again soul, I have to go. Oh, also, mom and dad are still waiting for you to come back"
Once he leaves the house, I saw that soul had a pale-ish look on his face
"Hey, what's wrong soul?" I reach out to him
"Nothing. Don't worry about it." Soul tells me, I know he's lying though, soul is my partner and boyfriend, why is he lying to me?

"...well, if you ever need to talk, I'm always here! After all, I am your girlfriend!" I remind him, I think that did the trick because souls mood changed,

"Yeah, you're the best girlfriend!" He says while picking me up and pinning me down on the couch, he starts giving me kisses, which tickle so I can't help but giggle
"Haha soul stop!"
"Never!" He says while giving me more kisses

"MAKA MY ANGELLL~ I CAME TO GIVE YOU A SURPRISE VISIT AND FOR SOU-" oh no no no no no no nooo, it was my dad, by the way me and soul were positioned, it seemed like we were doing something else in my dads perspective,

"Soul... WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY BABY MAKA!!! YOU CANT DO THIS TO HER SHES TOO INNOCENT!!! IM GONNA KILL YOU BASTARD!!!!" Papa yells, he charges towards soul but I stop him with a maka chop.
"Papa calm down we weren't doing anything!" I tell him while soul was behind me
"Thank you maka" he whispers
Papa slowly got up and started talking
"*ahem* sorry what I wanted to say was that I brought something...for soul" he mumbled. Huh?! For soul?! But papa hates soul because I 'stole his daughter' why would he give something for him?

"I heard that you won the music contest so I got you a small gift as a congratulations. I still hate you for taking maka away from me though" he gives soul a small bag
"Can I open it?" Soul asks
"Well it's a gift smart-ass, what else are you supposed to do with it" papa replied

Soul opened the bag, and 2 rings were inside it, I recognize those rings, they used to be mama and papa's wedding rings.
"I hate you with all my guts, but you've made maka very happy, and I have to thank you for that" he said

Souls POV
"Thanks old man, I appreciate it" I say

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" He burts into anger, its funny when spirits mad,

"Uhhh uhh anyways, it's getting a little late, papa, so I think you should head on home ok?" Maka says trying to get him out of the house

"Fine. I'm keeping my eye on you, soul!" Spirit says before exiting the house. Once he does so me and maka brush our teeth and lay in our bed
"By the way soul, if you don't mind me asking, why did you look upset when your brother mentioned your parents?" She asks
I took a little while to answer
"It's a long story but basically my parents make me uncomfortable because of the whole musician thing, they never seem to understand me..."
Maka pulls me close and I bury my head in her chest while she was stroking my hair
"You're the only person who does" I added
Maka hugs me tight and then Blair comes into the room.
"MAKAAAA I hope I don't bother you but can I have some money tomorrow? There's a perfume that's gonna be on sale and I really want it!"

"Ok, just remind me"

"Yay! Thank you!! Goodnight you guys!" She says then runs of to her room.
