Dixie's View; 3 years later...

Y/n is in the hospital and is suffering from a concussion after she fell off the roof. The doctor even said that she may not remember anything.

"You can see her now." The nurse says.

"Y/n?" I ask knocking on the door.

"It's me, Dixie." I say walking in.

Y/n looks as if she's seen a ghost when she looks at me.

"I'm sorry, who are you?" Y/n asks.

"I'm sorry, what?" I say.

"It appears she lost her memory when she hit her head on the road. She only knows her parents and others she met before she was 12. That's when she was shot in the head." The doctor said.

"Thanks, doctor." I say as he leaves.

"Can I just say you are so adorable." Y/n says smirking.

"What's your name?" She asks.

"Dixie D'Amelio." I say shaking her hand.

"Y/n Y/l/n." She says.

"Will you go out on a date with me?" She asks.

"I just... I just need time, Y/n." I say.

"Bad breakup?" She asks.

"Yeah, they forgot about me." I say walking out of the room.

I find Madison waiting outside and I give her a tight hug.

"What's wrong?" Madison asks.

"Y/n doesn't remember me, you, Addison, Charli, Avani, or anybody else." I say.

"It'll be alright." Madison says.

"I love her and she doesn't love me anymore. What am I supposed to do, start over? She's not the same person I fell in love with. I married her. Now she doesn't know who I am." I say.

"We'll figure it out." She says hugging me.

"If you still want to be with her you'll have to make some adjustments. You'll have to start over and you'll do it you love her." She says.

I nod and walk into the room.

"Can I still take the offer for the date?" I ask.

"Of course." Y/n says.

Time Skip

When I open the door there's a huge thud upstairs. Y/n looks confused and walks inside. I walk up the stairs and she follows me. I see a hole in the wall and I see Larri.

"There was a bird, so I tried to hit him with a rock." Larri says.

"You didn't have to do that." I say looking a the hole in the wall.

Larri smiles and leaves.

"Are you going to be okay here alone?" Y/n asks.

"I guess. My parents and sister are usually gone most of the time. I used to have a friend who'd stay here with me but they moved." I say.

"I could stay here with you if you want." Y/n says.

I nod and I shut the front door.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I ask.

"Sure." Y/n says as she sits down.

I give her the remote then sit down. She scrolls through Netflix then finds a movie.

Madison calls me and I go upstairs to talk to her.

Y/n's View

I go to the bathroom and I can hear Dixie talking to someone.

"She still doesn't remember me or anything else. I just miss her. I miss everything about or relationship. She just can't figure out I was her wife." Dixie says.

"I gotta go" Dixie says.

What? Were me and Dixie married before? I don't remember anything about it. I could figure it out though.

Dixie comes back down the stairs and she sits on the couch.

"I love you." I say.

"I love you too." Dixie says.

The way she said it sounded familiar. I've definitely heard it before.

"I need you to be honest with me. Have we been married before?" I say.

Dixie stays silent as if she doesn't know.

"I'll just ask Madison tomorrow," I say crossing my arms.

"Don't! The truth is... yes. We were married. You just don't remember. You fell off the roof and you forgot everything." She says.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I ask.

"I didn't want to bombard you." She says.

"Don't ever leave me in the dark. I love you, Dixie." I say.

"I love you too." Dixie says pulling me closer.
