"We're gonna figure it out together. We aren't getting any younger." Dixie says.

"How are we gonna hide your pregnancy? People are gonna think you slept around and didn't use a condom." I say.
"Since you're infertile, aybe we can say that Madison couldn't get pregnant so I was your surrogate." Dixie says.
"You really thought this through, huh?" I ask.

I smile and she hugs me.
"If we're keeping this baby, you need to tell me one thing." She says.
"What?" I ask.
"Tell me that you're done with Madison. If you aren't, I'm packing my shit and you will never see me or hear anything about this baby again." She says.
