Fifteen

I headed to my last lesson of the day which was Drama, and i was performing. I was a little nervous because the whole of year 11 was watching including Liam and all of his friends. And knowing Liam he's gonna find some sneaky way to record it to show everyone else.

Me and Ollie quickly went over our lines and surprisingly he was normal. We were the last group to perform so we had more time to go over things. I had to say 'the line' and  i got more and more anxious as time passed.

Finally when it was our turn We entered the stage while all the lights were of and got into position. The lights came on slowly and i didn't look to the audience directly, i looked at the wall behind them all.

Ollie started his first line and everything went exactly like it was supposed to. I said my lines with ease as it got closer and closer to 'the line'.   

The performance was around 7 minutes and my line was right at the end. I got so scared i felt like i was going to throw up. Ollie said his last line and it was now time for the line.

"No matter how long you sit there, everyone knows that the only reason your here is to Fuck me so get on with it." I said my line how my character would. The scene ends with Ollie getting from his seat and rushing towards me and grabbing my shoulders for dramatic effect. Then the lights turn of and the audience applauded.

I ran backstage terrified of what my brother thought. I sat down and held my head in my hands and Lexi walked over to me.

"Hey You did amaz- Shit, Riley what's wrong." She came rushing towards me as my breathing go heathier ,i couldn't breath.

I looked up to her and she realised that i couldn't breath.

"Riley you need to breathe, okay do this with me. Breathe in...then out while saying cheese like this." She did what she said and i followed her lead. I regained my breath again.

"What happened?" I asked.

"You had a panic attack."

"Did i?"

"Yeah, which is weird i always used to get them before a performance not after so what's up?" I hesitated to tell her, i was never close with her before but she really helped me. "You can trust me i promise. I treat people how i would like to be treated."

"First my brother just heard that line and I'm pretty sure he recorded it and then he's gonna show all my brothers and there all gonna kill be especially Issac. Then there the shit going on with Ollie, he touched me and i didn't want him to and then last night i saw my dad, the one who gives us all our money, fucking robbing a bank." I said so fast that a took a breath after it.

Lexi gave me a massive hug and i couldn't help but cry. I've just told someone that i hardly even know all my shit that i haven't even told my best friend.

"Shits tough but i can tell your strong and you can get through it, Now you get on that stage right now and bow with the rest of us." She pulled me up from my seat and we headed to the stage following everyone else.

I saw Liam glaring at me as well as Alex. Lexi squeezed my hand as reassurance and it made me feel better. As we exited the stage Lexi pulled me away from the rest of the class.

"Give me your phone a sec." I gave it to her unlocked and she gave me her snapchat and phone number. "You need to talk, you text me and i'll respond. I know talking about everything is tough but I'm never gonna judge you. I'll give you all my support, and if you ever fell shit call me and i'll come to your house and make sure your okay."

I gave her a hug. "Thank you, i appreciate you so much." We smiled at each other.

Ollie walked over to us. "Lexi you did great." He gave me a hug and then whispered in my ear "You did amazing." I couldn't help but smile and i wanted to punch myself for doing so. "Can we talk for a minute?"

"yeah sure." Lexi looked at me as in tell me if you need me, i nodded at her.

I followed Ollie and he took me to some random room.

"Right this is going to sound random and out of the blue. "I stared confused out of my mind. "I know i may have done some shit i regret and sorry for that, but I heard that you liked me and i like you too, so would you like to be my girlfriend?"

I stood in absolute shock. I just stared for ages trying to understand what he just said. He said he was sorry maybe he deserves a second chance.

"Yes." He runs up to me, picks me up and spins me around.

He put me down on the floor and Then his lips meet mine. It was good, well i think it was, the only boyfriend i had is when i was 10. I had nothing to compare it too.

"There's something you have to know though... We have to keep it secret or my brothers will find out, and then won't only kill me but they'll kill you too."

He smirked. "I like a bit of danger." He then grabbed me by the waist and looked directly in my eyes. I looked up to him and he moved one hand to my face. "Your mine" He said. I smiled and he smiled back.

Right i know what your all thinking, why did she do that? You'll see, it's will al work out how you want it too.

I related lexi to a character in my life who helped me when i needed and it turned into an unexpected and amazing friendship. So please try talk to people or write your problems down on paper, i promise you it will help.
