first flat/apartment

A/N : i'm writing in history this time, i got bored learning about the american west again😐✋
i thought this would be cute, im gonna show pictures and stuff of personally what i like but if you don't like it feel free to imagine it as something else.🥰 flat = apartment if you're american or anywhere that doesn't say flat idrk i'm from the uk so

Y/N'S POV
today was the big day, me and louis are moving into our first flat together. i'm nervous and excited, we are only 18 and 19 but we are grateful we are able to do this at a young age but then again, we have to do adult things that usually our parents would do for us.
it's pretty much in central london with some incredible views. it's a good size, not too big and not too small.

it was 8am when i woke up, i stayed over at louis' parents house the night before so we could be together through the experience. we had a removal company at both mine and louis' houses doing the job for us.

not long after i began to wake up, louis was stirring and stretched out his arm whilst yawning. "moving day babyyyyy" he groaned in his raspy morning voice, damn he's so attractive, i really am lucky.
"i know babe, we need to get up and get going" i told him as i went to get out of bed.
"cuddles for 5 minutes then we can" louis demanded, and of course i couldn't resist.

time skip (because i'm lazy)
we had gotten ready and we're on our way to our new home in louis' car. "i'm nervous y/n we have to be like i don't know proper adults now!" louis panicked. "i know i'm slightly terrified myself, how am i going to keep the place tidy?" i said. "i don't know i guess we could get a cleaner?" he suggested. "not a bad shout".

shortly, we arrived. the moving vans were being unloaded, men carrying our stuff up to out flat. "cmon, let's go take a look" i said as i grabbed louis' hand dragging him behind me.

we approached the front door and made our way into our new home. neither of us said anything we just wondered around in awe. of course we had seen the place before but it just felt different this time. "this is ours, it belongs to... us" louis said. i still kept quiet, i was in my own little world.

another timor skip (about a month later)
we were settled in our new home together. decorated just how we always talked about and imagined. it's all we could have asked for and more. we even got some fish... it was an impulse purchase.

we were happier than ever.living here was easier than we thought it would be, sure it had its challenges trying to take care of a flat yourself but it was all worth it.

once we had finished decorating i uploaded some photos to my instagram. i'd kept highlights of the process on my story which to be honest my followers were strangely interested in.

louis walked into the living room, where i was sitting, just after i posted on instagram. "we are so lucky" he smiled at me. "i know lou, and i'm lucky to have you" i said. "i'm even more lucky" louis winked, "i love you by the way".
"i love you too baby" i replied to him as he placed a kiss on my lips.

we spent the night snug on the sofa binge watching netflix shows and eating everything we had in the snack cupboard. he eventually fell asleep, his head of my rising chest.
