"I want you to apologise for misbehaving with me for the past few days."

Ryxel let go of me giving me a chance to get up from his laps.

"Then, I want you to request me. No! No! No!Beg me to take up Liam's case."

His eyes lit up with anger.

"No! I won't do that!"

"That marks the end of our meeting then." I plainly said and went to the sofa to pick my bag and leave.

One... I took the first step but he did not say anything.

"Caramel?"

I continued moving like as if I had not heard.

"Caramel?"

I smiled and bit my lip to hid it. I then turned.

"Ryxel?"

"I am sorry."

My heart burst with laughter. The mafia was apologising that too like a kindergarten kid.

"So now take up Liam's case because you are the best lawyer I know." He commanded but I still heard the compliment.

I frowned at him. Not because of the compliment but the commanding.

"Okay... Ple-please." He shrugged.

"No!" I deadpanned.

"What!" He asked in shock.

"Add, 'pretty please with icing sugar on top' "

"What!" He asked again.

"That!" I replied.

"Pretty please with caramel on top."

The words came out of Ryxel's mouth sounding hot and sweet.

"I know you cannot say no now, Caramel." He smirked.

"No!" I said without even realising I had because i was so busy staring at his lips.

"Should I come over there and make you understand?" He asked with a malicious grin.

"No!"

"No?"

"Yes." I said and quickly added, "I will take Liam's case."

"None."

"What do you mean by none?"

"I cannot allow those fools who fucking call themselves law keepers to touch my brother." Ryxel roared.

"Take that back, Ryxel and let Liam surrender." I adviced.

"No, Caramel!"

"I am your lawyer. Not your enemy Ryxel."

"The earlier, the better. It is only 2:00pm, Ryxel."

Ryxel got his phone from his pocket and dialled a number.

"Leo! Bring Liam from that place." He commanded.

"You mean from under the railway station tunnel?" Leo asked.

"Had you taken him somewhere else?" Ryxel asked with his voice getting more furious by each word.
