The Kingdom of Highfrost has held true to the same traditional ranks and hierarchical system they created when the Kingdom was first founded. They are like a chain, all linked and holding each other together, though like all chains, they start with one link and work their way down. The monarchy is strict, orderly, and often brutal.
The Hollowfell Pack is a rather different story. They are no longer under the hand of Man and are now tasked with forming and organizing positions amongst themselves. They are more in favor of 'elections' and 'voting' as for who they think would fit the most crucial roles of the pack, instead of it being solely based on blood or lineage.
