Chapter 13 - I'm sorry

DESTINY'S P.O.V

When I see who is at the door I am kinda In shock its Cameron. Cameron was a guy who went to my school. He is in grade 11 the same grade as me.

" Umm , hey " I say walking down the stairs. " Hey " he responds. My mom went back into the kitchen making dinner. " Umm do u wanna go for a walk? " He asks " um Ya sure one sec" I say with a smile. I get a pair of flats on and a sweater and leave with my phone.

" So wat up ? " I am a little confused on why we are going on a walk. I mean outside of school we don't really talk. " Umm... so are you going to the dance next week? " Why ... why on earth is this the only topic spoken this week OMG " uhhhh ... Ya I am going are u ?"

" Ya I am going , do uhh You have umm ha... have a date to the dance ? "

" No , I am just gonna go with my freinds"

" Cool umm so maybe if you wanted to .... if maybe you would want to c-come with me to the dance ? "

" Umm Cameron I just got out of a relationship. Sorry " I know I should've said yes becuase he is VERY hot it would probably be good for me to get my mind off of him and forget about the breakup.

" Ohh , I get it " he says I feel the disappointment in his voice

" I'm sorry "

" I should've known you didn't like me "

" No , no Cameron it's not that, i do like you , but I don't know ? Can I think about it? "

" Ya sure of course "

" I'll let you know tommorow,I'll meet you at Starbucks after school ? "

He smiles " Ya sure I'll see you then. "

I have no idea what to say I mean I don't want to make him think that I don't like him becuase I do it's just I just broke up with jacob. I do know that saying yes will help me get over him and move on but I don't know. I am 100% confused.
