Right now, Kelly is on a three-year-old case at the Fire Investigation Bureau. It takes a lot of his time so that yesterday he came home and I was already in bed.

The next evening, I receive a message that Kelly came out of a burning building after taking out the arsonist who is the suspect in his case. I hurry to get ready and gently remove Jaxon from his bed before dressing him a little more warmly and putting him in the car.

Once there, I get Jaxon out of the car, put a cap on him and place it against my chest before hurrying up and joining Kelly who is with his teammate. "I did as fast as I could" I exclaim before taking him in my arms, being careful to position Jaxon well between us.

While he is being observed by the paramedics, I snuggle up to Jaxon and bundle him up in the blanket I got from the car. Finally, Kelly only has a light inhalation of smoke. We then go home.

Two days later, Kelly tells me that he is going back to work in rescue 3. I am really delighted for him, he will be able to do what he loves again.

Today was Christmas shopping. I left Jaxon with Cindy who had offered to keep him so that I could do all my shopping in peace. While on the way home, I witness a car accident. I hurry to park my car on the side of the road before calling the fire department. I am told that they will only be able to be there in ten minutes. The damaged cars being very badly placed in relation to the traffic, I decide to see if I can help.

In the first car, which is upside down and furthest in the middle of the road, I see several people, including a little boy. Most are all still tied up and only look shaken. I manage to open one of the rear doors and slip into the car.

I crawl over to a young man who looks completely panicked. I grab his face in my hands and make him look straight in my eyes "look at me, everything is going to be great. I will untie you and the little boy by your side and you will bring him to safety behind the barrier".

Then I untie him by having him position his hands in such a way that the fall is not brutal. I help him get out of the car and I see that there are cars coming in the distance. I hurry to untie the little boy before giving him to the young man. They just get off the road and I get back into the car as I see a car brush against the vehicle I am in.

The mother in the front passenger seat is crying and has a piece of glass stuck in her thigh. I get out of the car and try to open the door but can't. I take off my vest and place it around my elbow before smashing the window with it. I open the door and use my waistcoat to make a tourniquet around the mother's thigh.

"I'll help you get out of the car, even if it hurts you, I need you to walk to where your kids are," I explain. "My husband, where is my husband?" she asks me. There is a hole in the windshield, I imagine that unfortunately it must have been ejected from the vehicle. I look around the car and see a man lying on the ground a little further away. I turn back to the mother and say calmly before helping her out of the car, "I want you to stay with your children because they are terrified. I'll take care of your husband".

Once she gets out of the car and walks, with some difficulty I must say, towards the security gate, I begin to take care of the father. I take his pulse and he's a little weak but nothing major, he's just unconscious. On the other hand, he is bleeding quite a bit on his left side from chest to head. I somehow managed to get him into a sitting position.

Seeing that there are cars on the road but far enough away for me to be able to move it, I decide to pull it to the security gate. While I have just reached the barrier with some difficulty, a truck driving at full speed, rushes on the car which is several meters ahead.
