Chapter 5: What happened when I was gone?

We all start walking back towards home and Bokuto asks me a question.

"Hey Y/N, can we exchange numbers?" he says nervously scratching the back of his head.

"Of course!" I say back happily.

We exchange phones and I put my name as Hot Chick. He puts his in as Owl Boy.

I give him back his phone and his eyes widen. I can even see a little pink forming on his cheeks.

Aww how cute.

"See ya later owl boy!" I say and me and Keiji walk home.

"Bye Y/N! Bye Akaashi!" Bokuto says.

"Hey loser, what's for dinner?" I ask Keiji. I was starving.

"We just ate ice cream Y/N." Keiji says.

"Yeah I know, but that's not dinner and I'm starving. A bitch gotta eat!" I say.

"Ugh fine. How bout barbecue?" he says.

"YAYYYY I LOVE BARBECUE!! Maybe we can have some with mom and dad." I say.

"They're on business trips." he says looking away. Was there something he wasn't telling me?

Instead of going home, we make a turn and go to a barbecue place.

We order and wait for the food to come.

"Omg Keiji I haven't had barbecue beef in soooooooo long!" I say.

"I know you love it." he says.

"Yeah I do. You seemed a bit off when I brought up mom and dad. Did something happen while I was gone?" I ask concerned.

"No. Nothing happened. I'm fine." he says.

"Just know you can always talk to me. OH YEAH THE FOODS HERE!!" I say.

I ate the food ruthlessly and even stole some of Keijis meat.

We finish eating and I pay for the check. Keiji and I start walking home.

"You know Y/N, you and Bokuto have a lot in common." Keiji says.

"Oh yeah, really? He's not as cool as me though." I say.

"Yeah, but you both are childish." He says.

"No Keiji, you're just so adult-ish." I say sticking my tongue out at him.

He just rolls his eyes and I laugh.

We finally make it home and I go to take a shower.

I change into my pajamas and go to brush my teeth and wash my face.

I'm done washing my face and look in the mirror.

"SkincareByHyram would be so proud right now." I say as I exit the bathroom and plop down on my bed.

I start to watch my anime until I get a text.

Then, it started to ring.
