They go to All Might.

Ochako: Hey, Good evening All Might.

All Might: Hey there young midoriya and uraraka. Why are you here?

Ochako: We are here to heal you using Izu's telekinetic healing.

All Might: Okay.

All Might shows him his injury.

Izuku: Well my respect of yours is thrilled. How are you doing hero work in this state?

All Might: The drive to protect others is powerful.

Izuku: I guess it is.

Izuku starts healing him.

Izuku's hands start glowing green. All Might's Injuries started to fade away. Aizawa, Mic and Midnight were seeing the scene dumbfounded.

All Might: I can feel my strength returning.

After 15 minutes All Might injuries were healed and he was now in his buff form.

All Might: Thank you young midoriya I fell a bit great.

Izuku: It will take a few days to be at your prime so don't do more hero work than before that can reveal your frail form to the whole world.
