I forgot what the original chakra was supposed to be so I found some new ones. I made the chakras up because I can. This IS the cat in a small form. if you want chakra changes tell me.

chakra- Dark lightning storm and dreaming sound.
Dark lightning storm- Is a combination of dark lightning and storm. it allows the user to form large bodies of lighting without using very much chakra. The side effect of the chakra makes the user unable to stay in bright places while using the chakra. The lighting makes all the impurities in the user's body and releases it on the target it strikes.
Dreaming sound- it puts the victim in a dream state, it manipulates their victim depending on what the user wants. The downside about the chakra is that it adds impurities into the veins of the person using it, making the person's veins burst if they use to long.
