The two students walked down the street, holding onto their bags.

Kakyoin kept on yawning, making it obvious that he was very tired. His back was also slumped.

Jotaro felt kind of bad that he was dragging Kakyoin along to the cafe, but it was Kakyoin who asked first.

He didn't want to turn down the offer and leave a bad impression.

Once they reached the cafe, Kakyoin immediately sat down.

"What are you ordering? I'll pay." He said.

"I can pay for myself." Jotaro sat in front of him.

"No, no, I insist." A smile formed on the red-head's face.

"You sure?" Jotaro asked.

"Of course." Kakyoin cuffed his hands together.

A waitress came over and asked them what they wanted.

"I'll get a hot chocolate." Kakyoin smiled.

"Same for me." Jotaro said.

The waitress nodded as Kakyoin placed his money down. She took it and walked away, telling the barista to make the drinks.

"Hold up, I'll be back from the washroom." Jotaro stood up.

"Alright." Kakyoin watched Jotaro head into the washroom.

The skies then became cloudy and it started to rain. The gentle raindrops hit the window as Kakyoin looked out.

"Thankfully I have my umbrella with me." The boy sighed.

Kakyoin closed his eyes as "Plastic Love" by Mariya Takeuchi began playing on the radio.

It flowed gently through the café. It was Kakyoin's favourite song.

He gently began humming it and then it turned into singing.

His sweet and mellow voice quietly echoed through the café.

Kakyoin didn't even realize that Jotaro was standing there, listening to him sing.

"I'm back." Jotaro said, startling the redhead.

"Ah! Hey, Jotaro." Kakyoin smiled at him.

"His singing was nice..." Jotaro thought to himself.

"Wait- oh Lord, it's happening again. Why am I thinking these thoughts?" Jotaro spaced out.

"Jotaro, our hot chocolates are here." Kakyoin said, tapping on the table with this finger.

"Oh, right." Jotaro snapped out of it, looking down at the beverage.

Kakyoin took a sip of his drink, a warm smile coming over his face.

That smile was so genuine. There wasn't a single trace of darkness in it.

Jotaro felt his face slightly heat up because if it.

He tipped his hat, hiding his face as he too, took a sip of his hot chocolate.

"Anyway, what did I miss in class? I fell asleep because my body couldn't take it anymore." Kakyoin yawned.

"You didn't miss anything. You fell asleep right at the end, so our sensei didn't really mind." Jotaro shrugged.

"Oh, that's good. Thanks for waking me up." Kakyoin giggled.

The two boys finished their drinks and stepped outside.

"God, it's raining really bad." Jotaro looked up, covering his head with his bag.
