Falling is easy
Staying in love is hard.
Even after the heavy work
I tend to have loose ends.
Choosing the light
While embracing full of darkness.
Life is cutting me wide open
And putting a pause to everything.
Waiting is easy
Staying up to it is hard.
Watching you split through the glass
I'm still holding my breath.
Taking in the grief
As the ghost of you is telling me to let go.
Death is waving at me in every corner
And tears my soul into two.
Moving on is easy
Staying on track with it is hard.
So far things have been good
But I'm afraid of the storm.
Making a new way
While walking into the abyss.
Afterlife sounds like a great start
If I don't know the full story.
