"Mommy, why is that boy looking at me?" A small girl asked while pointing the boy near him.A beautiful young lady went near him. She laughed at her daughter's words.
"Hija, he's always like that. Do you wanna meet him? Do you, darling?" The little girl's mom asked. Tumango naman ang batang babae.
The girls mother held the girls hand and both went near the table. Agad namang itong sinalubong ng isa pang magandang babae kasama ang anak nitong batang lalake.
"Francine, hi." The girl's mom kissed the cheek of the other woman and they both smiled.
The girl looked infront of her and she saw the little boy looking at her with furrowed brows. Nakacross pa ang dalawang kamay nito. The boy raised his brows and she did the same. Then the boy rolled his eyes. She thought what a bad child.
"Oh! This most be your youngest. You're Allizah, right? I am your Tita Francine and this is my son, Bricks. Say hi, anak." The boy was forced to say hi to the girl .Saka naman ito umirap at umalis.
The girls mom laughed at the boys sudden expression.
"Sorry, about that. Sadyang topakin talaga ang batang iyon. Nagmana ata sa tatay niya."
While both was talking the little girl, dahan-dahan itong umalis sa pagkakahawak ng nanay nito.
Then the girl ran near the buffet table at agad na tinuro ang isang chocolate na nasa stick.
"Can i have that?" The waiter happily gave the child. The girl dipped the chocolate in the chocolate fountain at agad na kinain.
Akmang tatakbo ito ng may mabangga causing both to fall on the ground.
"Ouch!" Both said in unison. Tinitigan nito kung sino ang nabangga at nanlalaki ang mata na tiningnan ito.
"Stupid girl." Ani ng batang lalake at agad na tumayo. Pinagpagan ng batang ang suot na magarang damit.
Napasimangot naman ang batang babae, tulad ng batang lalake ay nakasuot din ito ng magarang gamit.
Naiinis na tumayo ang batang babae at tiningnan ang damit na ngayo'y may tsokolate na.
"Look what you did to my dress. Madumi na siya." Sabay turo nito sa damit.
Napaismid naman ang batang lalake.
"So kasalanan ko pa?" Ani ng batang lalake sabay irap sa batang babae.
Inis na tinuro naman ito ng batang babae.
"Yes, Ofcourse." Anito bago pairap na magwalk out.
"One day you'll regret walking out on me. I'll tell you that, stupid." Pahabol pang sigaw ng batang lalake bago tumakbo pabalik sa mga bata rin nitong pinsan.
"ANGEL! ANGEL! ANGEL GISING KA NA! PLEASE! I BEG YOU! JUST WAKE UP ALREADY!"
Napadilat naman ako at paubo-ubong napaupo. Bigla akong niyakap ng kung sino man. My eyes were still sore because of the water. Kinusot ko iyon at tiningnan kung sino.
Bryan's worried face came facento face with mine.
"Are you okay?" Tumango naman ako. Niyakap niya ako ulit.
Nakita ko sa likod niya si Stain at si Lauren. They both look worried. At kahit alam kong ayaw ko kay lauren and so does she, aksidente ang nangyari.
Mabilis akong nilapitan ni Gab ay niyakap din ganoon narin ang ibang staff at kaibigang naroon. Tumayo ako and i assured them that i am fine.
Pinahinga muna nila ako. At sinabing kakayanin nilang tapusin yung game. I heard na tie daw ang nangyari kanina. They continued with the game.
Umupo ako sa Isang lounger. Still dazed out. Nabigla pa ko ng biglang may tumabi sa akin. Bryan sat beside me with his bloodshot eyes. Klaro parin ang takot sa mga mata nito.
I was taken aback when he suddenly hugged me behind. Binaon nito ang mukha sa leeg ko. Then suddenly naramdaman ko nalang na may maliliit na butil ng tubig na nahuhulog sa leeg ko. Then it hit me, umiiyak siya!
Mabilis ko siyang hinarap at hinawakan ang mukha niya, kung kanina akala koy lumuluha lang siya, now he was really sobbing. And it was really hard.
Nakaduko ang ulo niya at pilit niyang nilalabanan ang pilit kong pag angat sa mukha niya. He was crying very hard.
Unti-unti narin akong naluluha. The more he cried, naiyak narin ako.
After the long wait of making him look at me, ay nagawa narin. His face was damp with tears at alam kong ako rin. Humihikbi ito sa harapan ko. I couldn't contain my tears too. Ngayon ko lang siya nakitang magbreak down ng ganto.
With blood shot eyes and a face wet with tears. Lumuhod siya sa harapan ko. Nagulat ako kaya napatayo ako. He looked at me and made his hand fall on his knees.
Kahit na humihikbi ito ay nagawa niyang magsalita. And i know it was hard for him cause putol- putol ang pagsasalita niya.
" I know.... I wasn't a good h-husband. I-i- i h-hurt you." He said those words na tila ba nahihirapan siyang huminga. It was like each word was slowly killing him. Huminga siya ng malalim bago tiniloy ang sinasabi niya.
"M-madami akong n-nagawang kasalanan. And i know kahit anong gawin ko, hinding-hindi yun mawawala. But please....... please let me make it up to you. Bigyan mo uli ako ng pagkakataon na mahalin ka hanggang sa makakaya mo. Let me make up for all the mistakes I've done. I am no perfect man. But for you i will try. And i promise myself, that the only time i will make you cry, is when you'll be walking in the altar. So please, Let's fix this."
And who am i to decline. Mahal ko din yung tao. And it's normal for people to be hurt when it comes to love. Kasi hindi mo masasabing mahal mo ang isang tao kung hindi ka masasaktan.
The only way to know that it's really love is when, they hurt you but even after hurting you, you still love them.
We live in a universe with reverse psychology. You can hate someone or love someone. It's like everything has its own opposite. Normal na iyon.
At anong magagawa ko, mahal ko yung tao. Lumuhod ako sa harapan niya. I held his cheeks and smiled despite our looks. Mukha kaming timang. Nakaluhod tas umiiyak.
"Yes." He looked at me and he smiled too. Kahit umiiyak pa ito. He cupped my cheeks and gave me a peck.
At bago ko pa makalimutan, i held his hands that are on my cheeks and looked at him.
"We need to find my parents and yours." Tumango naman siya.
We both stood up at umupo uli sa lounger. I sighed and looked at everyone who's having their own fun.
Sana nga hindi ko pagsisihan ang desisyon kong ito.
