Mortals Meet Demigods

Nyssa POV

"You've got to be kidding me!"said Rose

"Well I'm not" I replied

"I am not a demigod! There is no way I could possibly be-"

"Look I'm sorry but you are one okay. Now if you don't want to be hunted down by monsters, I suggest you follow me to Camp Half-Blood" I explained to my friend from school. I just found out she was a demigod when she cut herself with my celestial bronze penknife.

Then, Nico diAngelo appeared from the shadows to transport us to camp startling Rose.

"Oh my gods how in Hades did you do that? You most gave me a heart attack!!!" She screamed at him

He answered her with two simple words "Shadow travel"

"Now come on let's get you guys to camp" then he grabbed our arms and we were transported to camp.

"Thanks Nico" I told him

"Yeah no problem. I'll go tell Chiron we have a new camper" he said

"Okay" I replied

"Come on I'll give you a tour" I told Rose

"Sure" she replied

Time lapse

"And this is the armory" I told Rose. So far she's been handling it well.

"Who's that?" She asked

I turned around to see Percy and Annabeth sparring.

"Oh it's Percy and Annabeth" I replied

"How are they so good?" She asked

"Well they are the camps best fighters. Annabeth started here when she was only seven and Percy started here when he was twelve." I replied

"Wow" she said

"Oh yeah a little heads up. They are dating. Apparently Aphrodite said that they are the best couple since Helen and Paris. So please don't mess with them if you don't want to die" I told her after I caught her staring at Percy

"Okay" she managed to squeak out.

Their sparring match ended with a truce, Percy's sword was at Annabeth's neck and her new drakon bone sword was at Percy's neck.

Then there was a sudden flash of light. There was a symbol of a dove above Rose's head and she had a complete makeover. Well I expected this from her attitude towards fashion, make up and everything girly.

"What is that?" She asked

"Claiming. That means your mom is Aphrodite" I explained

"Oh cool" she replied

I saw Piper walking around camp so I waved her over

"Hey Piper, this us your new sister. Do you mind showing her to your cabin?" I asked her

"Hey Nyssa. Sure thing. What's your name?" She asked Rose

"It's Rose" she replied

"Okay Rose I'm Piper. Now firstly, before I show you our cabin I need it tell you some rules. It consists of a little something called Percabeth" said Piper while she slung her arm around Rose's shoulder.

Oh poor girl. Good luck surviving that talk. Oh well I better go to the forge. I need to make a new sword for some Ares camper.
