It was the night before soda gets drafted into war. You laid there on sodas chest, feeling it go up and down and hearing how his heart beats while his fingers draws shapes down your back.
"I don't want you to go"
you whisper trying to fight back your tears.
"I know baby, but I have no choice"
his voice cracks.
You rap your arms tighter around his body.
"I'll love you forever"
you say as a tear falls down your cheek.
