Arbiterra. A futuristic highly advanced city inhabited by the Arbiter race is the capital city located on Saturn. The Land Rover safely makes it through the portal and stops at the center of a large platform. The platform twists as it rises up to the next level and once it came to a stop Tasca unbuckled her seat belt and stands up.
"Ride's over. Lets go." Tasca says as she walks to the back.
"Is she always such a stick in the mud?" Lita
"Nope. She's usually a pain in the ass." Miyuki
Ares simply shakes his head and quietly follows. They exit the land rover where they meet Tasca's twin sister, Alissa. Alissa wears turquoise colored overalls, her hair stops just below her neck and is covered in oil because she is the chief engineer for the Arbiters.
"Tasca!" Alissa says as she runs up, hugs Tasca and presses their cheek together.
"Alissa. You could've at least cleaned up a little before jumping onto me." Tasca
"Why didn't you tell me you were heading out?!" Alissa
"Because I was coming right back. I was only gone for 13 minutes." Tasca
"And I was worried sick for 12! You're supposed to tell your lovable older sister everything ya know!" Alissa
"Alright already. I apologize. Better?" Tasca
Alissa's expression pulls a complete 180 as a large smile lights up her face.
"Oh I can't stay mad at you!" Alissa says then kisses Tasca on her cheek.
"....... She was older this whole time?" Miyuki
"By 5 minutes." Ares
"... Why do you know that?" Miyuki
"Its a leader thing. I'll teach ya eventually. " Ares
"Why? You planning on dying soon? Can I help?!" Miyuki
Alissa lets go of Tasca, runs over to Ares and wraps her arms around him.
"I missed you big brother!" Alissa
"I missed you too little sister. Staying busy?" Ares
"Yup! I was in the middle of working on some new defense system protocols for Arbiterra when I thought of something new for the Gundams! I was gonna test it on the Goliath Gundam but Tasca thought it be better to give it to the Ultimatum Gundam first instead!" Alissa
Tasca becomes flustered, crosses her arms and turns her head away the second that eyes locked onto her.
"Isn't she just the cutest baby sister?" Alissa
"That she is. Thanks baby sister." Ares says then reaches his arm over and pets Tasca on her head.
Tasca flinches and becomes more flustered.
"... By 5 freaking minutes... Rotten luck... Whatever..." Tasca says grumbling to herself.
Tasca's expression changes to annoyance the moment she spots the Lieutenant Governor of Arbiterra, Reegal. Reegal is accompanied by a handful of armed security heading their way.
"Oh my stars! What a pleasant surprise! The Rogue Chaos are here for a visit!" Reegal
"Lieutenant Governor Reegal. It's nice to see you doing well." Ares
"Ares! My dear boy! I do believe you've grown taller since the last time I saw you! How have you been?" Reegal
"Never better Lieutenant Governor." Ares
