I didn't expect my life to go this way. Nothing prepared me for this. Absolutely nothing. I've spent the last 2 months wallowing in complete sorrow, spending my nights staring up at the night sky while I have ocean sounds playing on my phone. I would sink under the water in my bathtub and pretend I was back in the deep waters that I'd come to love. Curling up in my sheets and longing for the warm embrace that I missed so terribly.
