The Residence

Bobby sat comforting the now parent less children. After the funeral, he would start immediate work on his brother's Presidential library. Until them, all of their possessions would be put in the National Archives or the Smithsonian until it was complete.

They sat in Caroline's bedroom talking about their parents. "Will daddy have a sore back now uncle Bobby?" John asked.

Bobby's eyes were red and baggy. He had sobbed so many times. He was exhausted. But he would be there for the children, no matter what.

"No he won't" Bobby hugged his nephew. "Daddy will be all better" Caroline ruffled his hair. They held hands. "Listen you two" Bobby hugged them.

It would be a painful thing for them both but Bobby had to explain it all. "For the funeral in two days, I would like you to wear your powder blue coats" Bobby tried to smile but he was unsuccessful. The children nodded. "Okay" Caroline nodded before Bobby had to go home to Ethel and his own children.
