"Show me what you've got then I'll decide," Taeyong nodded to Renjun who tottered to him, both taking place in front of the mirror when Austin walked to the speakers to put the music on. The boys made a formation, they seemed rather scary so Renjun looked up towards Taeyong, but his father's was calm. The first beat started with a power move, the guys had a smooth style, their syntonization was perfect. Renjun was watching with widely opened eyes as they were really badass, how Chenle would call it.

"Daddy they're really good," whispered Renjun when they were showcasing some popping, locking, house including it all into their new style show. Their moves, their timing, their choreography was all on point, they were dancing hard like if there's no tomorrow till the last beat. They stopped in a nice move then replaced into a row catching their breaths.

"We can also show another routine in a different style," said Austin looking at Taeyong.

Renjun noticed a dark tattoo reaching out from underneath his leather jacket's sleeve.

"No it's not necessary. You're really good I enjoyed it. Junie what do you think, do you want them to be your backup dancers?" Taeyong turned to him.

"So can I choose?" asked Renjun stunned.

"It's your performance so you're the boss," Taeyong ginned when Renjun felt something rather pleasant in his stomach, yes the big guy in front of him must have been boiling over by now processing it. Austin lowered his head while the others were all serious standing there with stone cold expressions, but the tallest one chuckled under his nose and Renjun caught his eyes for a brief second, then the boy fixed hie gaze on the floor quickly.

"Ok, yes they're cool," said Renjun looking at Taeyong.

"Great, can you tell me your names and introduce your background shortly?" asked Taeyong.

"Sure, I'm Austin 21, the leader of the group, I was trained in modern dace and ballet since I was three. I began my journey with hip hop at the age of 11, I was working with a lot of celebrities..."

"Thank you!" Taeyong raised his hand and the man stopped.

"Hi, I'm Ben, 18, my speciality is locking, I have won the hip hip international for individuals two years a..." the second boy stopped when Taeyong lifted his hand.

"My name is Jose, I'm a b-boy," muttered the next one, who was the shortest but also the most strongly built one.

"Chan, 17, I dance new stale, speciality - video shooting, creation of graphic and graphical concepts."

"Andre, 18, I came from France, had met Austin during a dance convention, he had given me the opportunity of my life, I'm working as a choreographer."

"Derek, 18, the party mood maker, speciality house," the next one was rather short in his introduction.

"Timothy 20, an ex singer and music school student, I'm the beat maker for the group," a pale boy with very blue eyes spoke quietly.

"Hi. My name's Lucas, I'm from Hong Kong and I love dancing," said the tallest boy. "Ah yes, and I'm 15, don't look like the youngest but, yeh man," he grinned in an embarrassed way.

Renjun giggled but Taeyong stayed very serious.

"Why Six Strings if there are eight of you?" asked Renjun who was waiting for more details.

"We began to practice together 4 years ago as a group of six," explained Austin. "Then Andre joined us two years ago and Lucas came a few months ago," he pointed at the two.

"Ok, let's listen to the songs, we explain you what the concept is," said Taeyong. "Also remember that my son is 14, he's very young, so we agree here all your contacts with him will be only performance related," Taeyong placed his hand on Renjun's shoulder.

"Sure," Austin nodded.

Renjun felt strange, it wasn't like these people were here to hurt him or anything, they were backup dancers, just backup dancers. Ok, they looked a little bit intimidating with the gang like clothes, the lazy style, the tattoos piercings and their hight, but yes they were good dancers so Taeyong should just give them a chance.

Yet he kept quiet allowing Taeyong to negotiate, the boys sat down in a circle one the floor listening carefully but also asking lot of questions, writing some things down.

"We will have the routine ready by tomorrow. We will come to make a confirmation show, a student from our school will take the part of Rini," said Austin when Renjun raised his eyes widely open again.

"Renjun," corrected Lucas receiving a bed glance from his leader. "It's a Chinese name," he said anyway when Renjun sent him a smile, actually he wasn't so fond of the others but he really liked Lukas, who seemed ok.

"I have a crush," whispered Jeno through the phone while Renjun groaned.

They were talking quietly when he was sitting in the dance class waiting for his backup dancers to appear.
