Dear Diary.
Mum made a suggestion yesterday that I could learn to lip read. It sounds really cool, and it means that if I could lip read, people might not realise I can't hear good. Mum said that the doctor told her about it when my hearing was off at the hospital. He was talking about hearing aids too.
Danny came over again after school, she got here at the same time James was here, but he didn't try anything so it as okay. James left before Danny did so she got to tell me about the boy who kissed her. She said it was really nice, but I can't imagine it.
She said too that her birthday is next week and I'm invited to her party, she's turning thirteen next week. I don't know what to get her, she said she was going to be too old for toys now, so maybe I can get her an umbrella. She did say her old one broke.
