"Emily, your finally home. It's freezing out here" he said with a laugh.
"Jim? What are you doing here?" I asked with a smile.
"I remembered you said you lived here in London, and it turns out your assistant works with, Oliver, is actually my brother so he gave me this address" Jim explained.
"It's great to see you" I said with another smile. "Would you like to come in?"' I asked.
"Sure" he replied.

As we got in, I placed my things into the table beside me as I turned in the kettle.
"How long was you waiting?" I asked.
"About 2 hours" he said, with his cheeks rosy red, as he rubbed his hands together in attempt to warm up.
"If I knew you were here.." I began.
"Don't worry" he interrupted. "You were worth the wait" he said with a smile as I immediately blushed.

I handed him a hot cup of tea as I sat beside him.

"Do you ever feel... lonely" I said.
"Not really. I mean, my family are around me pretty much all the time" Jim said.
"No like... lonely without having that someone special. Like a husband or boyfriend" I said, as I looked down. Jim tilted my head up, so my eyes were in line with his. He placed his hand in my cheek as he leaned in to kiss me. I quickly backed away.
"I-I wasn't talking about you" I awkwardly said. He sat back away and looked in confusion.
"I'm so sorry~" he began.
"I was talking about Sal" I said.
"Oh... I thought... I... I should go" Jim said as he practically ran out of my apartment. I've never felt more awkward before- but it finally made me realise- I wanted Sal...
