Jeremy had woken up on the couch but he was covered with a blanket and a pillow was now underneath his head. He sat up and looked around the living room. He noticed that the lamp he broke was now cleaned up. He heard someone clear their throat from across the room.

He glanced over and saw Elizabella sitting at a small table. She looked tired and worried. He didn't know what to say so he stayed quiet. She started nibbling on her bottom lip. He could see pure sadness in her eyes and it was making it hard for him to remain mad. He didn't want to forgive her so easily but he knew he would. "I got you a coffee...well a couple actually. I wasn't too sure on how you liked it. So there's a straight black coffee, one with sugar and then one with cream and sugar. There's also some fruit and there's bagels." She rushed out.

He just nodded as he stood up from the couch. He glanced by the front door and saw his duffel bag. He quickly snatched it up and made his way to the bathroom without sparing Elizabella another glance. As soon as he got into the bathroom he turned on the shower and steam slowly started to fill the room.

He glanced at himself in the mirror. He looked tired as well. This was not how he planned for things to go. Right now him and Elizabella should be in her bedroom still sleeping peacefully. He didn't want to spend the rest of their weekend together being angry.

He came to the final decision in the shower that he would let it go and they would just forget it ever happened. She said that she didn't actually do anything with that man and that's what truly mattered. He didn't want to hold a grudge over something juvenile.

After he washed himself and let the hot water relax his muscles he got out and dried himself with one of the soft hotel towels. He dressed himself in some jeans and a navy blue golf shirt. Even after a night of drinking, fighting and hardly any sleep he still managed to look gorgeous. He stepped out of the bathroom and made his way back into the living room.

He didn't see Elizabella at the table but he saw the glass door to the balcony was slightly cracked so he made his way over to see that Elizabella was leaning over the railing smoking a cigarette. He was able to slide through the opening of the door without making any noise so she wasn't aware of him.

He was standing behind her now. "I didn't know you smoked." He stated calmly. She jumped and screamed. "Oh my God!" She said with wide eyes. He chuckled dryly. "So you smoke?" He asked while glaring at the cigarette in between her fingers. She shrugged. "No...not really. Just when I get worked up." She said softly. He nodded while taking it out of her fingers and throwing it over the balcony.

She raised an eyebrow at him but stayed quiet. "It's bad for you." He stated the obvious. She still stayed quiet and he could tell she was becoming nervous again. "Look Jeremy...I am sorry about last night. Please believe me though..." He cut her off by placing his hand over her mouth. "You said you didn't kiss him back right?" He asked while his hand was still placed over her mouth. She nodded immediately. A small smile appeared on his face. "Then it's fine...I'm fine." He said calmly while looking into her eyes.

He removed his hand from her mouth and cupped her cheek and rubbed his thumb under her eye. "You're not mad anymore?" She asked sounding skeptical. "No...I'm not mad." He said softly. She sighed in relief and gave him a brilliant smile. He was happy to see her smile especially after seeing her cry for the first time. Even though he was beyond pissed off and he showed her zero compassion it still killed him deep down to see her cry.
