Chapter Two

Jeremy arrived to Marcus's flat for the party. Marcus is a good friend that Jeremy and Zackery met in uni. "Hey mate! Glad to see your arse made it!" Marcus said excitedly when he opened the door to his flat.  

Jeremy gave his wide smile. "I wouldn't have missed this!" Jeremy said back to Marcus while they hugged. "Fancy a Lager?" Marcus asked while heading to the kitchen. Jeremy nodded while following behind.  

The flat was already crowded with people. Everyone was saying hello and hugging Jeremy as he followed Marcus to the kitchen, especially the women.

It's like women were naturally attracted to Jeremy and he of course loved that.  

Marcus opened another case of Lager and handed Jeremy one. Zachery was already in the kitchen chatting up a woman. She looked cheap and sleazy in Jeremy's opinion but he knew Zachery was not the picky type.

Zachery spotted Jeremy glaring at the woman in his arms and flashed a goofy grin at Jeremy. He pushed the woman away after that and simply left her standing there while he made his way over to where Jeremy and Marcus were standing. "Jerm, when did you get here?" Zachery asked.

"Just got here and I see you've started without me" Jeremy said in a teasing tone directing his eyes back to the woman. Zackery flashed him another grin and wiggled his eyebrows. "Hey now that you're both here I've got some news!" Marcus said to Jeremy and Zachery. 

Jeremy and Zachery both raised their eyebrows at Marcus. Marcus looked pretty excited. "Well what is it mate?" Zachery asked Marcus. He waited a minute to give them an answer. "Well... you know Katelyn and I have been together for a while and well... basically I proposed to her last week!" Marcus said excitedly.

Jeremy and Zachery were both surprised by this considering Marcus use to be a ladies' man. "You're just now telling us? Well bloody hell! Congratulations mate!" Jeremy said while putting his arm around Marcus's shoulder.  

"Yeah mate congrats!" Zachery added. "Thanks! Kat is pretty happy and is already planning shit! She and my mum want to have the wedding in three months!" Marcus said with a nervous laugh. "Well you know what that means, bachelor party!" Zackery yelled and they all laughed together.  

Everyone was getting pissed. Jeremy had danced with just about every girl there even Shelly. He wanted to bring home a girl and he knew he wouldn't leave alone.

The whole flat was filled with cigarette smoke and you could smell lust in the air.  

Jeremy finally found the girl he wanted so he decided to head home. It was around one in the morning and it was chilly outside but it felt nice to Jeremy after being in a crowded flat all night.

The girl he picked had her arm linked with his. He couldn't remember her name but he knew she was good looking and that's all he cared about.  

Jeremy had called one of his drivers to take him home because he was way too pissed to be driving knowing that he could have someone else drive his car back. The whole ride home the girl was pushing herself on to Jeremy and would not stop giggling.  

This type of behavior would normally turn Jeremy off but he was too pissed to care or even notice. He just wanted to get laid.  

The girl was beautiful but she was just your typical bimbo as Jeremy would call her. She had long black hair that came down to her waist and deep brown eyes. She had dimples that would show every time she smiled which Jeremy liked.  

She was wearing a very short black dress and black heels to match. She wore too much make up though and her hair reeked of too much hairspray. 

She had bright pink lipstick on which had already stained the collar of Jeremy's shirt. When they reached Jeremy's flat it didn't take long for them to get to his bedroom. 

Jeremy had her completely naked on his king sized bed but he requested her to keep on the heels the whole time.  

She was definitely not a disappointment in the bedroom other than her constant giggling. He was able to shut her up by keeping his mouth on hers though which didn't bother him so once they were finished Jeremy fell asleep almost immediately.

Jeremy woke up with a massive headache. He sat up in his bed and looked over to his alarm clock which said it was noon. He then realized the woman he had slept with that night was still asleep next to him.  

He got out of his bed and headed straight to the bathroom that was connected to his room. He turned the shower on. He didn't need to strip down considering he was already naked.  

He grabbed a bottle of Aspirin off the counter and took a couple to help his headache while the shower was getting hot.  

He took a long shower to help relax his muscles and also because he was hoping that when he got out that the woman in his bed would be gone.  

He didn't want to deal with her especially because he couldn't even remember her bloody name.  

The hot water was starting to fade now so he decided it was time to get out. He stepped out of the shower and wrapped one of the white soft towels around his waist. 

He smelled good from his NIVEA body wash and his face was freshly shaved which left it very smooth.  

He walked back into his bedroom and sadly he saw the woman now sitting up in his bed. She smiled at him and she was definitely enjoying the view. "Good morning" She said to him softly. "Morning" He said back to her while walking in to his walk in closet.  

He dressed himself in a casual pair of blue denim jeans and plain black t-shirt that hugged his upper body nicely. He slid on a pair of black of socks and walked back into his bedroom.

He could tell he was not going to get rid of this girl easily. So he caved in and decided to take her to breakfast. 

She was more than happy when he asked her to join him for breakfast. They went to a local restaurant that Jeremy went to often. They sat at booth by a window just how Jeremy like it.

He ordered himself a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. She ordered herself a tea and a fruit salad.  

They sat in silence and it was a bit awkward and they both could feel it. "Last night was surely something huh?" She said in sweet voice looking up at him while she batted her eye lashes. He couldn't help but smile.  

She was very good looking and seemed sweet but Jeremy knew he could never actually be with her. He could never settle down with anyone, it never felt right to him.

Deep down he really wanted to be with a woman. He couldn't settle down with any of the women he has come across because none of them seemed good enough.  

Jeremy suddenly was not in the mood to eat. He was in a way mad at the girl sitting in front of him. He knew he couldn't actually be mad at it her, it's not her fault that she's not good enough for him.  

Jeremy cleared his throat and wiped his mouth with one of the cloth napkins . "Well, this was nice. Maybe we can do this again?" He said to the woman in front of him curtly without even looking up to her face. He stood up and took some money out of his wallet and dropped it on the table. 

The woman's face immediately dropped and Jeremy could see the hurt she was feeling. A pang of guilt hit him right in his chest which made him flinch a little but he shook it off. 

She nodded after a second. "Yeah" was all she managed to get out in a cracked voice. Jeremy quickly left after that because he didn't want to see her if she was going to cry that wouldn't go over well. He wouldn't lead on a girl out of guilt that would only make it worse in the end...for her at least. 

Jeremy did not want to think about her anymore and that's exactly what he was going to do. It's not like he knew her name anyway.
