A few months later...

Vic's POV

I was discharged from the hospital a few weeks ago everything is going well my ribs is feeling much better so does my leg and head but my wife who may or may not be being a little over protective over me after the incident is not letting me leave our house or do any heavy chores around the house.

Right now I'm seating on our sofa while talking to Kim on the phone.

Kim has been handling everything that's going on the office since the doctor was very clear that I should not be exposed to any sort of stress but me being me I can't help but still check in every now and then which my wife does not know about since I know she's going to be unhappy if she founds out

As soon as I heard the silent foot steps of someone coming I quickly said 'bye' to Kim and hang up I place my phone on the coffee table and grab the remote control instead just in time Mika walked in

I gave her an innocent smile as she sat down beside me.

Mika : " sino kausap mo? "

I tensed up. Shit. She probably heard.

Vic : " uhm I- "

She looks at me intently. Knowing that I can't lie to her.

Vic : " it was Kim I just asked how this are going "

Mika : " love ang kulit mo sabi diba bawal ka ma stress "

Vic : " hindi naman ako na stress eh also it's been weeks and I'm feeling a whole lot better now "

Mika : " Vic don't be stubborn wag kang mas magaling pa sa doctor "

She said clearly in distress

Vic : " okay, okay I'm sorry last na yun "

Mika : " promise? "

Vic : " I promise my love "

I leaned in for a kiss and she met me halfway through and I captured her lips between mine. Our kiss got deeper. I held her waist and pulled her onto my lap so that she was straddling me but she pulled away when I did

Mika : " love, wag baka masaktan ka "

She said worriedly

Vic : " sshhh love let me feel you I'm okay "

She relaxed onto my lap and put her arms around my neck as my hands rested on her hips

Mika : " you sure? "

Vic : " I'm more than sure "

We reconnected our lips as I pull her even closer to my body. Gosh I miss how her body feels against me. Ever since the accident she's been very careful around me maybe even too careful she's so scared that she's gonna hurt me.

I slide my tongue against her lips asking for entrance which she quickly grants by letting my tongue explore her mouth. She moans into the kiss as she grips into my hair.

I slowly lower my kiss to her jaw and then neck staying on her neck longer and leaving some marks making her moan even louder.

Good thing no one is really home except for us well Kaira's upstairs asleep while manang is out to buy something and Vik is in school
