Few days later...

Mika's POV

8:30am

I woke up pretty late today hindi na tuloy kami nakapag pa araw ni Kaira

Vic is in her office already and since manang came back a few days ago may nag handa na siguro ng almusal niya

I picked up Kaira from her crib before going downstairs

Mamang Pileng : " good morning, Mika "

Mika : " good morning po manang. Ano po inalmusal ni Vic? "

Manang Pileng : " hindi siya nag paluto eh sa office na lang daw siya kakain "

Mika : " parang na wiwili yata na sa office siya kumakain hindi naman ganun yun "

Manang Pileng : " baka nag mamadali lang "

Mika : " siguro nga po "

11:30am

I buckled Kaira down on her baby seat in the car while Vik got in the passenger seat.

We decided that we'll surprise Vic in her office this lunch and I brought her some home cooked food

Good thing last year we decided to buy another car just in case one of us needs to be somewhere.

@ OFFICE

I parked my car at one of the reserved parking spot. I unbuckled Kaira from her baby seat and got out of the car with Vik following me.

Vik held onto my left hand while I carry Kaira in my other hand Vik is carrying the bag that had the home cooked food for Vic

As soon as the guard of the building saw us he opened the door for us

Guard : " good morning ma'am Mika "

Mika : " good morning kuya "

We walk through the building until we reached Vic's floor the employees greeted us and they are very excited to see Kaira.

When we got to Vic's floor I saw that Lisa's chair was empty

Baka nag cr si Lisa (Vic's Secretary)

I walked towards Vic's door and I opened it without knocking

As soon as I opened the door I saw her...

Busy with

Paper works.

She look at who opened the door and as soon as she saw us she stood up from her chair and walked towards us

She gave me a kiss on my lips.

Vic : " what are you doing here?"

Mika : " parang ayaw mo yata na nandito kami "

Vic : " no of course not I just wasn't expecting you good thing I don't have any meetings today "

We walked to the couch and sat there

Vik : " we brought you food mama "

Vic : " awhh thank you "

She kissed Vik on the top of his head as she places the bag with home cooked food on the tablr

She took Kaira from me and sat her on her lap

Vic : " do you like my office princess? "

She asked as if she could understand her
