All day yesterday I just laid around the house thinking how things could change like that. This weekend we were talking and laughing and I was taking care of her when she was upset and we even kissed and now she doesn't even want to be in this house. I don't know when I finally fell asleep and how much I got but when I woke up I headed down to the kitchen and I found Lauren sitting on the couch watching tv.
La- about time you wake up we need to talk
C- you're here
La- yeah I'm supposed to be here
C- I know but last night you were at your house and with how mad you were I kinda figured you'd be there longer than this
La- do you want me to go back
C- no no please don't leave
La- I'm not going anywhere but we need to talk
C- about
La- about our situation and how it only got more complicated since the kiss
C- if you expect me to apologize it won't happen I told you how I felt about you so it shouldn't be surprising that I kissed you
La- no it's not that it's just um I've been doing a lot of thinking since that night and that's why me and Richie broke up last night
C- you did
La- it's not fair for him Cole our situation is so confusing and with the kiss I can't hurt him anymore than I already have so we ended it
C- then what does this mean for us
La- I don't know I mean I know where you stand and I have feelings for you too but are you sure we should actually become anything
C- what's stopping you cause I think we should
La- we are already living together and were getting a divorce but we're going to be dating doesn't that seem a little odd to you
C- well yeah but it's not going to stop me from getting what or who I want
La- you sure
C- 100 percent
La- ok
