"Now if I can just make it so it looks like the real Isotope" Lena muttered under her breath as she tinkered with the fake Isotope
----Meanwhile at the DEO----
"Where is she Alex?!?!" Kara yelled running through the DEO making her way to the control center "Its been 3 days and we still dont know where she is, we dont know where they've taken her!"
"Kar, calm down, Lena is tough Im sure she is holding her own up just fine" Alex said following after her sister trying to calm the super down "Besides im sure Maggie will be back any minute now with news after searching L-Corp" Alex continued just as Maggie walked into the control center
"Maggie!" Kara said jumping up to her feet "Did you find anything"
"ACtually... I did, and you might want to sit down" Maggie said looking grim as she pulled out a piece of paper from her pocket
"Mags, what is is?" Alex asked sitting next to her sister
"Little Luthor left a note, its for you Kar" Maggie said handing the paper over to the young Super.

"Shes going undercover" Maggie said finally breaking the silence.
"I have to find her" Kara said standing up and making her way through the door and zooming out to start searching for Lena

'I have to make the formula so it wont react horribly to the fake Isotope' Lena thought as she messed with the original formula for Medusa.
"Lena!" Lillian yelled from her office in the base
Lena stopped what she was doing before she made her way over to her mother
"yes mother? What is it that you need this time?" Lena said with disdain
"What are you doing in the lab again?" Lillian said not bothering to look up from her magazine
"I'm studying the Medusa formula" Lena said, she wasn't really lying but she wasn't telling the complete truth either
"Why would you need to do that dear?" Lillian said finally looking up at Lena
"I've noticed that the virus doesn't affect Kryptonian biology" Lena said "So I'm trying to reengineer it so it does affect Kryptonians"
"That's smart of you, finally you're living up to your Luthor genes " Lillian said "Try to finish it by Friday, that's when we deploy the virus on National City"
Lena nodded and made her way back to the lab
'Great, I only have until Friday to figure out how to change the serum. Two days Lena, two days, you can do this, do it for Kara' Lena thought to her self as she headed back to her lab
