Phantom and Robin got to the throne room mere minutes before the other heroes got there and Fright Knight looked at Phantom. The two subtly nodded to each other and they went back to the balcony and Phantom made himself open the doors. He walked onto the balcony and he eyes widened a fraction before he smiled a little and looked at the heroes.

"It looks like you've got an army." Most of the ghosts had come back, the only ones that didn't were couldn't fight for one reason or another. The heroes were a bit shocked but they had heard Phantom's speech as well, it was a good speech. Phantom turned to the army of ghosts and each of them had determined looks on their faces.

"We have three days to prepare before Vlad's armies attack the human realm, I know it's not a lot of time but it's all we have. I, along with generals I appoint among those of you that chose to fight, will make a plan with the heroes to stop Vlad's armies. Once a plan is made I'll inform all of you of your roles and we'll start preparing, we only get one chance to stop Vlad so let's make it count."

The ghosts all cheered and Phantom spotted several friendly faces in the crowd. "Princess Dorathea, Frostbite, Pandora." The three ghosts walked closer to the balcony as the crowd parted to give them more room and the three looked at Phantom. "Each of you has experience in matters like this, if you're willing I'd like to ask you to be my generals."

The three ghosts smiled and nodded at Phantom, the ghost king nodded, "Then it's decided." The three ghosts nodded and they all walked into the castle to make a plan with the heroes. Phantom looked at Fright Knight while they were walking, "I'm sure you know what I'm going to ask."

Fright Knight nodded, "I will help in any way I can." Phantom smiled and they went to meet the three newly appointed generals in the throne room. The three smiled at him and they all went to the war room, they all sat around a large table, there were even chairs left over.

Fright Knight sat on Phantom's left side while the generals sat on either his right or Fright Knight's left. The heroes all sat together and Phantom sat with his back straight and his shoulders squared. "There are four cities Vlad and his allies are going to attack, each of them has a large population and if we fight with civilians around there will be casualties."

"Then we'll need to evacuate the cities to make sure no one gets hurt." Batman said.

Phantom nodded, "It'll be easier to fight Vlad's army that way."

Dora frowned, "If they are attacking four cities then we'll need to split our forces."

"But what about backup, if one of the groups is in trouble then what do we do?" Aqualad asked.

"I already thought about that, we'll split the ghosts into five groups, one group will be tasked with assisting groups that need help. If we can get the other Leaguers to agree to help then they'll be working with each general to help fight." As the minutes ticked by Phantom explained his plan and once everyone agreed they went to tell the army of ghosts the plan.

The ghosts were split into even groups, Dora's warrior went with her and Frostbites warriors went with him. Once the teams were given their tasks the generals went with each group to prepare for the fight. Phantom even had his own group, it was decided that Phantom and his group would go to Gotham.

The team was part of Phantom's group so Phantom would also be leading the team. Phantom worked with the ghosts to prepare and he sent the heroes, including the team, to talk to the rest of the League. Once they did that each hero that agreed to help would be assigned to a group that they would work with.

Phantom went around helping ghosts, answering questions, and making sure everyone knew what to do. While he did that the heroes went to talk to the League, Batman was the one that had to explain most of it. Once they walked into the meeting room the Leaguers sat down, the team was told to wait across the hall.
