Blake's POV

My wolf howled in pleasure and pawed at my skull. I rolled over growling at him to shut up. Without realizing it shocks shot up and down my arms making me shiver. I knew it wasn't that late. I squinted my eyes open looking into the dim dark.

My arm was draped over the most beautiful creature known on earth. Cara snuggled deeper into my arm breathing in my scent and my heart rate picked up.

"Ahhh!" I yelled and I fell off the opposite side of the bed. My angel sat up and rubbed her eyes with her fists.

"What wrong with you?" She said while yawning and she looked at me. I felt my face heat up and I groaned. Even though this is how I would love to wake up every morning for the rest of my life. I realized very quickly that I was in nothing, but boxer shorts. My face heated up and I took in my angel's appearance.

Her long black hair went down to her waist, but was all messy from bed head. She was wearing fluffy blue sweat pants and a black tank top and my heart completely stop for her and her alone.

I felt a low rumble in my chest and she looked at me with a blank expression, but I know I can't hurt her. My wolf won't let me.

"You know," She stretched with a loud yawn, "It's normally me that ends up falling out of bed from shock." She said pulling the blanket to her shoulder and curling up against my pillow breathing deeply. She was keeping my scent with her.

It made me love her even more than I already did which is surprisingly impossible. She curled up in the spot I was in absorbing the warmth.

I ran a hand through my hair and sighed. I stood up and accessed my options.

You know what? Fuck it. I growled at myself and climbed back in bed. I wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her impossibly closer to me. She sighed and buried her nose into my chest and I kissed her forehead.

"You don't know what you do to me." I mumbled into her hair and she smirked against my chest.

"Yeah I do." She mumbled and she was out like a light.

"No.... you don't." I said and I fell asleep with her snuggled in my arms. Exactly where she is supposed to be.

The next morning I woke up and it was oddly cold. I opened my eyes and Cara was gone and immediately my heart stopped and panic rose in my throat, but I heard her laugh echo up the stairs and I sighed in relief.

I quickly got up and dressed myself in a simple black t-shirt and jeans and a pair of simple Chuck Taylor's.

I went down stairs and my brothers were sitting around the dinning room table. Alexander was no where to be seen and Lex looked lonely. Jason was leaning up against the counter and Derek and Cara were covered in white flour. Cara's hair was in a ponytail and her face was smeared. Derek's arms were wrapped around her waist and he had picked her up off the ground. She was struggling and smiling like a fool. I felt a growl form in my throat.

My brothers were laughing, but all chatter ceased when I walked in the room. Derek put Cara down and she quickly stepped away from Derek and came to my side. She wrapped her arms around my neck and hugged me kissing me on my cheek. She let go and died laughing.

"I am sooo not sorry. Omigod." She giggled covering her mouth. I looked down and my shirt was covered in white flour. I chuckled and that's when the atmosphere lightened and everyone joined in the laughter.

I tugged off the shirt exposing my entire torso and threw the shirt at her and she gasped a blush forming on her face.

"And I'm not sorry for that." I winked at her and her blush deepened.
