The Vampire's Mate

Chapter 6

(Back to Jordan's POV)

A guard, the commander I suppose, approaches our little group with Sora in tow. Jenna starts towards Sora and speaks quickly. Who's the blonde guy? He seems familiar.

"I'm Zach, incase you're wondering," Zach shrugs. Oh! It's Prince Zach.

"I'm assuming you took after your mum and Xavier took after his dad?" I ask, pointing to his light blonde hair, which is very similar to Anna's.

 He shrugs and crosses his arms. He gazes at Jenna again and a loving smile plays at his lips. Jenna, Sora, and the commander come back to the three of us. Jenna happily walks to Zach's side and her cheeks turn a crimson red. Sora grumble and walks to use with her arms crossed. The commander keeps a straight face and a steady step when walking to the group.

"What's up your arse?" I ask Sora. She looks up at me.

"The cheese head I'm standing next to," she shudders.

"Ok....... What's up with you two?" I continue, pointing between Zach and Jenna. Completely ignoring my question, commander dude talks.

"Prince Zach, Prince Xavier, these have been werewolf riots on the east side and I have assigned more soldiers there," the guy says.

"Ok, Kyou, you can relax," Zach chuckles.

"Thanks Zach," Kyou sighs, slouching slightly. I see Sora send him a venomous glare. What's up with them?

"Back to my question, what's up between you two?" I ask, facing Zach and Jenna again. Jenna blushes deeper and Zach smirks.

"She's my mate," he smirks. I nod in understanding. I suddenly jump at Jenna.

"We get to be sort-of related!" I cheer. She smile at me and we both turn to Sora with curious glances. She keeps glaring at Kyou.

"What going on between you two?" I ask raising an eyebrow.

"I found me mate, and he rejected me," Sora smirks.

"I will pull his intestines out and hang him on the flag pole by them! Where is he? Who is he?" I seethe as Xavier holds my upper arm.

"Mr. Serious over here," Sora says, nodding her head to Kyou curtly. I snarl and lung only to be held back by Xavier. I struggle and kick as his grip tightens. I eventually give up and so does Jenna's.

"I shall murder you," I threaten with venom lacing my words. He flinched slightly. That's right, be scared.

"You won't be killing anyone," Xavier mutters. I scowl at him as everyone is dragged into the castle mansion palace house thing. Use girls sit on the couch with our mate on the couch opposite of us. I send Kyou a glare before turning back to Xavier.

"I think that we would all like to know about the fact that we have to become vampires," I state casually, leaning back on the couch. Jenna does the same and Sora follows suite.

"Well, we basically have change you by marking you and you're then a vampire," Zach shrugs. I nod.

"And Oreos...?" I trail off.

"You can still eat human food, it just won't taste as good," Xavier explains. I can't lose the perfect Oreo taste!

"There is no way we are changing," I declare, slumping in my seat.

"You have to," Xavier counters, leaning forward in his seat.

"Says who?" I ask, leaning forward and narrowing my eyes.

"Says me," he smirks.

"And?" I question.

"We're your mates," he states in a serious tone. A light goes off in my head.

"And we can all reject you," I smirk. Before I can say anything, I'm suddenly facing the couch that I was once sitting on.

"You won't reject me," Xavier says huskily in my ear. Whoa, what happened to personal space?

"You are in my personal hexagon, please exit before I go karate kid on you," I say in a monotone. A chuckle vibrates through his chest. I warned him. Before he can say anything, I have my forearm and pocket knife against his throat. I did it! I hear a hiss from Kyou.

"Shut your trap, butt face," I sneer. I have a strong and passionate disliking towards him already. I remove my arm and flip my pocket knife into my back pocket. I realize that I am somehow straddling him and I quickly cover my cheeks as heat rushes to them. I quickly jump back to the other couch.

"So, Jenna, are you ok with being changes?" Zach asks with hope glittering in his eyes. Before she could say anything I interfere.

"Hurt her in any way, shape or form, and I will carve out your eyeballs and feed them to snakes," I threaten. Zach looks at me with a horrified expression.

"Gee, Jordan, thanks for scaring the piss out of him," Jenna mutters.

"Gee, Jenna, I guess he can kick you to the curb and live unscathed," I mock. She scowls at me.

"I'm fine with being changed, Zach, I don't have a crazy obsession with Oreos," Jenna answers Zach. I glare at the side of her blonde head. How are we friends?

"Jordan?" Xavier asks, hope lacing his words. I groan internally.

"Fine! I swear if I kill an animal I will murder you," I cave. I hate losing.

"Great, we'll change you and all tomorrow, let's get some sleep for now," Zach says, smirking at Jenna who blushes velvet red.

"Touch her and I will get a snake to bit your tongue," I scold. Zach chuckles and he and Jenna leave.

"Let's go," Xavier smirks.

"Does smirking run in your family?" I ask. Everyone smirks!

"No, let's go, love," Xavier answers. Again with the nickname. 

"What about Steve!?" I shout, spinning towards the door. Xavier appears in front of me and I run into his chest.

"Ow," I groan, rubbing my nose.

"I got someone to put the mouse in our room," Xavier sighs. I jump up and run down the hall, following the arrows to Xavier's room. I barge through the door and jump onto the bed that holds Steve. I hug the stuffed animal that's just as big as me.

"I need pajamas," I suddenly realize as Xavier strolls into the room. He nods and goes through his drawers. He tosses me sweat pants and a large shirt. I shrug and rush into the bathroom and change before Xavier can be a pervert. I prance back into the room to see a half naked Xavier. I quickly push my hands to my eyes. Don't judge me, I still close my eyes when people kiss in movies.

"I'm decent!" Xavier defends. I slowly lower my hands and sigh as I see Xavier has a shirt on. I jump onto the bed and place Steve in the middle. I pull the cover over my furry friend and myself. I cling to Steve as the bed dips on the other side of Steve. It's probably Xavier. I'm in a state between consciousness and unconsciousness when I hear a voice.

'Watch out, sweetheart,' it warns in a dark tone. Before I can react, I'm sleeping while snuggling with a giant mouse.

A/N

I have changes Raine to Jenna because my friend is who Raine is based off of and she prefers Jenna rather than Raine or her real name

Anyways..... I decided to update early
