Nothing happened that night, just a hot make out session. He wanted our relationship to start off on the right foot, and I agreed with him.

"So..." Grayson started, I thought it would be good to explain why I ran out on him the other day and why we could be friends. Now it was just weird.

"I'm sorry about running out on you, but I had to pick up Jc." I look up at the sky, it dark, the perfect mood for breaking someones heart.

"Jc... Of course, let me guess your here to tell me, that your in love with him and that all we can be is friends." When I talked about Grayson to Jc, I could here hurt in his voice, but not in Grayson's.

"Yea, it took me so long to notice what this feeling was toward him. And that night was a mistake." I look up at him and see that he's scrolling through his phone.

"I kinda figured. Look I'm not hurt, I didn't have a chance with you. Plus don't kill me, but you were more of a fling or whatever. But friends would be better than a relationship, I like flying solo." He looks up from his phone, I smile at him. No one was hurt and we agreed that we're better off friends.
