Peter was looking over at a certain area of the ruins and he walked over to observe more.
I followed his actions in moving branches from where he was looking, and then a peculiar look and my heart told me to push this large stone shielding some sort of doorway.
It looked very old (and I expect it was) but we have only left Narnia for a year! The stones are crumbling and the doors are old and mouldy?
Peter seemed to push some of the wood inside so the door swung open. Well, when I say 'swung' I mean completely falling off the spoiled hinges.
Next, Peter tore the bottom strip from his school t-shirt and wrapped it round a twig. I know what he was doing..... Me and Susan gave each other glances.
" Don't suppose you have any matches do you?" He said, looking fed up as if this was the last option.
" No, but would this help?" I said cheekily as I held out my torch which I had just taken out from my bag.
" You might have mentioned that a bit sooner!!!" He shouted whilst smiling as we all laughed.
I led the way in through the door and to what looked like a staircase going further and further down.....
