Happy Memorial Day guys!!

OWENS POV
Amelia was silently holding Derek. She cried a lot before. I could tell she was trying to hold in her pain. I rubbed her arm.
"It still really hurts," she said. Meredith came in.
"Omg I'm so sorry I was in a 14 hour surgery when you got out but I'm here now," she said.
"It's okay," Amelia said quietly.
"Do you need anything?" Meredith asked.
"Could you watch Derek, just for like 20 minutes I could use some alone time," Amelia said looking at me.
"Of course I can," she said. I handed her Derek and she closed the door behind her.
"I was five," she said, "almost six."
She paused for a moment.
"I wish I had that watch," she said.
"Where is it?" I asked.
"Derek and I made a pact, when I was 14, that whoever died first, me or him, would be buried with the watch," she said, "so therefore, I kept my promise and I put the watch in his coffin...because Derek....he's...he's dead." She was silent for a moment. She just hit rock bottom. She looked at me with tears in her eyes.
"He's dead," she said.
"Yes," I said.
"He's actually dead, he's not coming back," she put her face in her hands.
