District Ten Tributes.

I just never want this to end! This is one of my favorite parts of the Hunger Games, all the publicity beforehand!

District Ten was our next stop, back to the great place where we get all our great food back home in Capitol. We'd be nothing without our agriculture district, that's for sure!

It was dreadfully hot during the reaping, as it was nearly afternoon and the sun was blazing. The citizens hid under large hats, obviously used to the conditions. (I even bought a straw hat for myself!)

The Representative hurried through the introductions, not wanting to be stuck in the heat either, obviously. Sweat continued to drip down his face and fall to the floor, much like us in the audience. He hurried to reap the girls from his large, glass bowl.

"Artisan Flick!" He calls out, trying to have as much excitement in his voice as possible.

Out of the 15-year-old section of the crowd, a red-haired girl walks quickly. As she passes the rows of other girls, they all look at Artisan with sadness in their eyes. As she passes the 13-year-old section, Artisan is stopped from a little girl.

"Artisan, no!" The little girl screams, throwing her arms around Artisan, tears flowing from her eyes.

"Alvia, stop," Artisan pulls the girl off of her, glancing over her shoulder to the quickly approaching Peacekeepers. "Go get mom," She tells the girl sternly, but you can still hear the softness in her tone.

Alvia, we learned, is Artisan's little sister. I'm surprised I didn't guess that before, because the two girls are nearly spitting images of each other. Both with long red hair, and pretty dark blue eyes. When we caught a quick glimpse of their parents before they rushed off to their house, we weren't shocked to see that they looked much like their mother.

Artisan was known as a polite, kind, sweetheart around District Ten. She helped her family with harvesting crops. She worked hard, unlike most girls her age, who would rather do other things majority of the time.

But she's also known for being a protective older sister. Alvia means the world to Artisan. The citizens said that they are known as the 'Flick Sisters', because if you see one, the other is usually close by.

I find that incredibly heart-warming, don't you? I love hearing of sibling love!

Artisan took the stage with grace and looked completely brave up there. The Representative hurried to call out the next name,

"Royal Scott,"

I heard a few grumbles, like always. The boys in the 15-year-old section moved out of the way to let a rather tall boy move through. Oddly enough, he, like Artisan, had red hair.

But more oddly, Royal held a small smile on his face, accepting his Reaping with much more enthusiasm than the other Tributes. On his upper right arm, where his shirt sleeves looked as if they were cut, I see a rather large wound. But still, he looks to be in the best condition.

When I asked around, I found that Royal was known as the jokester. While working, he would always provide the laughs for the other workers. He was always seen laughing and with a smile on his face.

We got to have a word with Royal's farming partner, Davies, who is also Royal's best friend.

"Not only is Royal funny, and loyal, but he's also very intelligent. He's a hard-worker and I believe he can do it all. I put all my faith in him, and if those Capitol people know anything, they'd do the same thing,"

I like the confidence! Show us that District Ten won't be overlooked this year!

"Royal, what a lucky boy, I bet you are just brimming with excitement!" The Representative claps him on the back,

"If by brimming, you mean shaking in my boots? Then yes," He jokes and smiles at the Representative. I had let out a chuckle, but nobody in the audience did. They all looked at Royal with sorrow.

So, what are your thoughts on the two red-heads from District Ten? Do you think Artisan's loyalty to her sister will translate to a strength in the Games? And what about funny-man Royal? Do you believe what Davies said?

Like always, leave a comment below with your thoughts!

Happy Hunger Games!
