(Ben's POV)
"I love you" Lily whispered to me.
She does love me. This gave me hope. I sat down in the wooden chair.
"Mr. Surrey" He shook his head. Pulling out my file. It looked a little thick in my opinion.
"I have to say I am quite ashamed. Yet another fight. How many does that make since you came here? Four? Five?"
"Three sir"
"In the rules. Over three fights means suspension. So I'm going to call your parents-"
"Please don't sir" I interrupted. My parents cant know.
"I'm sorry but it has to be done"
"Sir. I beg you don't tell them"
"Why not?"
"Because they will send me to military school"
"I think its what's best for you Benjamin"
"I didn't mean to fight. He grabbed Lily's arm and I just snapped sir" I explained. I started panicking. He probably wont listen to me.
"Lily? Are you two dating?"
"Yes sir"
"Lily is a good student here. Poor thing. She's been to the nurses office to many times. She knows where everything is at now" He laughed.
"I know she's good"
"So you care for her a lot? Enough to fight for her?"
"I love her sir"
He nodded thoughtfully. And put my records up.
"I wont tell your parents. IF you don't start a fight. And if you help around here after school. Like cleaning, helping the lunch crew. That kind of stuff"
"Yes sir. I promise" I said quickly.
"I hope not to see you in here again Mr. Surrey"
"I hope not either sir"
I got up and walked out of the room. Lily was sitting in the chair. Biting her nails.
When she saw me. She sprung up and hugged me tight.
"Its okay. He's not telling my parents" I soothed her.
"I was so worried Ben. I don't know what I would do without you" She muttered in my shoulder.
"Hey" I lifted her chin to look at her. "I love you"
And I gave her a quick peck on the lips. And we headed to the truck.
_____________The next day______________
(Lily's POV)
I headed down stairs with my bag. And to the door to wait for Ben to pick me up for school.
Knock, Knock, Knock.
Ben must be here. I opened the door. And wanted to slam it.
"Brock. Are you stalking me now?" I demanded.
"No. I came to tell you something"
"Go ahead"
"I'm sorry for all the damage I've cause Lily. I'm going home. I'm going to leave you alone. I'm sorry" He muttered.
I frowned. I will miss him.
He turned to go to his car.
"Brock" I called.
He turned to look at.
"Here is my email, phone number, facebook and myspace. We can still be friends Brock. And just because you and I didn't work out. don't give up on dating. There is a girl out there waiting for you" I handed him a piece of paper.
He smiled at me. I have him a peck on the cheek.
"Bye Brock"
"Goodbye Lily"
I watched him drive away. And minutes later, Ben pulled up and came to the door.
"Are you ready?" He asked.
"Always am"
And we headed to the truck. With a bright new future..
