I take Evanora into the hospital to visit Sophie. I get to her room and see the doctors walking out with a sad look on their faces. I see her doctor who walks over to me and he says "I'm so sorry, Sophie passed away"
I ask "was it painful?"
He says "I don't know, it looked like she was asleep when her heart stopped"
I nod and he says "I'm sorry for your loss"
I say "thank you for everything you have done"
I head to the family room as I don't feel like leaving just yet. I call Joe and Sop's parents. We organise to meet at my house, once everything has been sorted out.
We deal with the paperwork and starting the preparations for what will happen next. I am given her personal items and head home.
Joe and I get a few things ready before Sop's family and friends show up. We talk and go over memories to help in such a sad time.
