There's uneasy feeling in Camila's stomach when she wakes up for college and for some reason she can't shake it off during her classes. She texts Lauren to make sure she's okay and when the green eyed girl sends her a text saying she's perfectly fine, it calms her down a bit. Just a bit though.

Fifteen minutes into her third period she hears her phone buzzing but is too focused on her lecture to answer it. It's probably Dinah telling her what  stupid shit one of the kids did.

The fifth time it buzzes her classmate gets a bit annoyed.

"Mila, will you please pick the damn phone up?" Lola groans

"It's probably Dinah."

"Tell Dinah to fuck off then."""Tell her yourself." Camila rolls her eyes and keeps writing down her notes

"It's not Dinah," Lola says as she looks at the screen "it's uum Normani?"

"You totally butchered her name." Camila rolls her eyes and picks up her phone to check Normani's text

Normani: Camila pick up!!

Normani: where are u?

Normani: pick up the damn phone cabello

Normani: i'm coming to your college

Normani: cabello your wife is about to pop out strawberry and blueberry

At the last text Camila's eyes widened out, she doesn't even care about the fact Normani just called Lauren her wife. She looked at the clock, it was twenty minutes until the end of the class. 

"Hey, I need to go. It's uh- Lauren."

"Is she okay?"

"She's in labor. I think, I don't know, Mani is here in a few minutes."

"Okay girl go, I hope everything goes alright. I'll send you the notes later."

"Thanks Lola." Camila replied and grabbed her stuff

As soon as she took a step outside, Normani pulled up her car and honked at her.

"Hey, where the fuck were you?" The older girl asked as Camila buckled her seatbelt

"In class, I'm sorry. I just-- is Lo okay?"

"I don't know, I think so, she just texted me she's on her way to the hospital, Jacob was driving her."

""Why didn't she call--"

"She tried to! She said you're not picking up."

Camila unlocks her phone and indeed, she has a few missed calls from her girlfriend.

"Shit! I was in class and I-- usually only Dinah texts me in class."

"It's okay Mila, calm down, you'll be okay, Lauren will be okay. We're there in a few minutes."

"Is-- did someone call Nick?"

"He's there. He sent me a text."

"It's a good thing he was in the town."

"I honestly think he only came because of Lauren, well the babies."

"Same." Camila chuckled

It felt somewhat weird, being so close to Nick, her girlfriend's ex, while at the same time, she barely heard anything from her own ex since their break up.

"We're here." Normani's voice brought her back to reality

In a moment, Camila was out of the car and running into the building.
