Only With You... - Chapter 6

Austin's P.O.V. 

So, I texted [Your Name] and asked if she wanted to come over early, and she said yes! I know it shouldn't be something to be THAT excited about, but c'mon. Its yn! Anyways, 30 minutes passed and my doorbell rang. I paused me and Alex's game and answered the door. [Your Name] was there, smiling and beautiful as ever. Im not gonna lie, she looked HOT. Her outfits are never too fancy and never too casual. 

I couldn't help but gawk at her. "Why, hello there, my lady!" I said in an extremely horrible british accent. She giggled. "Why, good day to you, sir! May I come into your household?" She said in that flirtatious tone of hers, mimicking me with the poorly rehearsed british accent. She's so cute.

I stepped back and held out my arm. "Why, yes! You may!" I added a wink, and she blushed and bit her lip as she walked in. I closed the door behind us and I just could not resist but touching the ends of her hair with my fingertips. It was so soft and light, kind of like a cl-Oh, damn. She noticed. She turned around and raised an eyebrow. I mentally slapped myself. I need to be more careful. She noticed that Alex and I were playing CoD, and she jumped with excitement. "Oh my god, you guys play Call of Duty?!"

Alex was texting somebody, but looked up when he noticed her. He just stared at her for a couple seconds and it got really awkward, really quick. Finally, he said,"Aaanndd Im guessing that you do to?" She sat down text to him and patted his leg. All while I stand next to them. Third wheel joy is the best feeling ever, right? She looked at him with a flirtatious look on her face. "Oh, I don't just play.. I conquer!" I sat down on the other side of her and put my arms out against the top of the couch, so in a sense, she's "technically" in my arms. But not really. But still... 

He bit his bottom lip and patted her knee.  "Well, We'll see about that!" 

Her confidence, I think, is one of the many things I like about her. So she joined our game, and we played on XBox Live…  And boy, was I wrong about her! She completely murdered us! "And once again, you have managed completely destroy my killing spree."

She wiggled in her seat with much pride. "Well, ya know..." she said saracastically.

Your P.O.V.

We finished playing CoD, and hung out some more. Robert came over and Austin and Alex introduced me to him. I can tell that Robert and I are gonna have a great friendship. Anyways, the 4 of us hung out for another 4 hours until night fell and we decided to go home.

Alex stopped me in the hallway and grabbed a hold of both my arms, and was about to say something until something stopped him. I completely froze. I hate it when people grab me like that. I could feel my muscles tense up and I suddenly could not move. Austin moved towards me, but Alex looked at him and continued on to what he was about to say?"Hey [Your Name], can I walk you home? It's getting late out and it can get pretty scary out there."

Austin shot Alex a look. Which was honestly, kind of awkward. I didnt want to be rude or anything, so I accpeted. I gave Austin my "Don't worry, I'll be ok" look, and hopefully he knew. Alex and I walked out of Austin's and made our way to my house. We reached my door and Alex turned to face me. Our eyes met and we both looked deep into each others eyes. 

"Look... I know Austin likes you, and I'm getting the vibe that you like him too.." he said nervously. I just stayed silent. "I just want you to know that......" He looked away, trying to collect his thoughts. "That I've liked you ever since you've moved here. I always have and I always will." 

I was completely shocked... I will admit, Alex does have nice eyes and a gorgeous smile. He's sweet too, but I still really liked Austin. Wait.... did he just say that he KNOWS that Austin likes me? So, that means that.. they've talked about it? Have they? Do guys even do that? I was at a lost for words. "Ummm... uh."

"Shh.." He put a finger to my lips. "You don't have to respond to what I just said, I just wanted you to know how I feel." With that, he gave me a hug and a kiss on the forehead. I walked inside, shut the door and just leaned up against it, trying to figure out all that had just happened. I walked to the kitchen to grab a snack, only to find a note from mom saying that she's out and will be back late, and another note from Samantha saying that she's at some party. I sighed and decided to text Austin.

'Hey love :)'  I typed. And as usual, almost immediately it was that I got a response.

Austin: Hey...

Dots. He typed dots. He doesn't do that. He never does that, ever. 'What's wrong? :/' I replied back.

It took him awhile to reply back, so I made my way to my room and jumped on my bed. All of a sudden, I hear a knock on my window. It was hard to see, so I moved closer. As I did, I saw that it was Austin, there on the balcony that I have outside my room. I opened the door and we just stood there. I leaned against the doordram and smirked. "You jerk, you didn't text me back." I said jokingly.

Austin blushed and stepped forward, rubbing the back of his head. "Yyyeaaahhh.... Sorry about that. I just wanted to be the one to say good night to you instead of Alex." 

I put a hand on his arm and let it absent-mindedly fall. It briefly touched Austin's hand, which sent shivers down my spine. And when I did, I just looked down. "Well, that's very sweet of you, Austin." I blushed and stepped forward as well. I didn't realize that our faces were inches apart until I looked up and saw his eyes. Austin started mumbling some words, but couldn't make out what it was that he said.

"Can you say that again? I couldn't understand you." I tilted my head, slightly confused.

Austin looked away, and looked back and said......
