Avengers- The tale of Sigyn

Chapter seventeen

"Thank for coming with me" she smiles at Clint as she strokes the books spines

"You're welcome Isabel" Clint smiles and grabs a book he flips through it

"I'll be upstairs" Izzy says and goes to the second level. After hours of look and reading and comparing she has five books with her. She finds Clint reading the same book she left him with he's almost finished with it.

"Was it good?" She asks once her closes it

"Sort of" he shrugs "ready?"

"Yup" she holds her books with great care "this should keep me busy two months at least"

"Well then we'll come back when you finish those" Clint smiles and they go pay for them.

"Here" Isabel hands Loki his book

"The giver?" He raises his eyebrow

"It's really good" she smiles "I think this'll give you and insight into human feelings" she smiles brightly Loki smiles at her seeing her excitement

"I'll get started" Loki says and opens the book and starts reading.

Loki finishes the book two weeks later and calls Isabel to talk about it but Isabel declines his offer he asks her to come down and talk about what has her down but Isabel refuses again.

She's barely gotten out of her bed only Vision can get her to eat and no one knows what's wrong. Her brothers know what's wrong but it's not up to them to say all they tell the avengers is that Isabel is fine it's just almost a sad and hard time for her.

Finally on Wednesday she comes out of her room almost three weeks after they went to the bookstore. She makes two visits, first she goes see Loki

"Isabel love" he says standing when she comes in, her eyes are red and puffy she has bags under her eyes and her pretty blonde hair is tangled

"Hi" she whispers "I just came down here to tell you that I'm fine" she sighs and smiles at him

"I was so worried love" he puts his hands on the glass his eyes full of worry  "I'm glad your fine"

"I am it's just" she sighs heavily "I'll tell you someday it's really hard to talk about"

"No worries love" Loki smiles

"I have to go" she whispers and opens the door to his cell Loki pulls her into a tight hug and kisses her hair "thank you for understanding"

"Anything for you love" he lifts her face to look at her and gives her a kiss "anything" he whispers she smiles

"Well I really have to go" she smiles and kisses him once more "I won't be gone long"

"Be right here" he winks at her and she leaves. On her second stop she knocks on Clints door

"Isabel" he says shocked to see her

"I need a favor" she says sheepishly

"Sure sure" he nods "everything okay?"

"Uh no" she whispers "I need you to come with me somewhere. Only you can understand"

"Where are we going?" Clint asks grabbing his coat and keys

"The cemetery" she whispers.

Once at the cemetery Sam, Thomas and Chris hug her to them they all have a rose in their hand

"I'm sorry for having been mad at you" she says

"No problem" Thomas says "I know you love me"
