Since it has been a very long time since I added more than half of my recommendations to this book, I've gone through each chapter and written at the bottom of each description as to whether the book is unavailable with a slight explanation as to why I believe it is unavailable.
If a book does not explicitly state that it is not available/I couldn't find it, then it probably is available.
That being said, I have created a reading list of the books that are available/I have found in the order in which they appear in this book. Hopefully this will save you guys much trouble in searching for the book that you wish to read.
