Lauren Jauregui, the girl everyone fears. Wears black on black. No one dares to get in her way. Middle school to high school. Stories have circulated around about her nudes, and all of the guys she has slept with. But I don't listen to the stories.

Not one person knows what she has gone through, but me. Her parents died, killed in a terrorist attack. So for two years she was given to family to family. Till she came to my house. I've seen her around in middle school, and high school. Before she came along I believed the stories, my friends told me to stay clear of the Latina. We started getting close, but out in public we act like we don't even know one another.

I took my chances and got closer to her, learning every little thing about her. She's depressed, and I feel the need to make her happy. I'll never forget when she showed me the cuts on her wrist, and thighs. I make sure she doesn't do anything to hurt herself. She doesn't deserve all of this hurt. I want to be the one holding her, and telling her how beautiful she is, and how much I love her. But I don't dare to ask about her love life.

She's told me she's only slept with two guys. Both secretly getting pictures while having sex. Then the pictures were "leaked". I so badly wanted to beat the two boys to a pulp. Scream and yell at them for treating her so crudely. But I didn't.

I want her. I don't care about what people have told me, they don't know a damn thing about her.

When her parents were killed, she didn't know what to do. She was put in many homes, some were abusive, or raped her. I remember the first day she came home with my mother and father. She was so scared of my father, she made sure to keep her distance from him. It took six months for her walls to cave, and she started telling me everything. I clearly remember the nights she would sneak into my room, tears streaming from her green eyes. She'd tell me the nightmare that she had, she clenched so tightly to me afraid that I would disappear. I would hold her close, and listen to whatever she needed to get off of her chest. She's not what she seems, most people see her as very intimidating, but I see a girl that has gone through so much, and needs someone to love her. She loves love, I recall the stories of her telling me she can't wait to fall in love. Have a family with the person, and grow old together. I hid my feelings, hoping one day I could be that person.

I love her.

I don't care about what has been said about her, I care about what she has told me.

This is in my imagine, so I thought why not make this the intro chapter. So here is the start of another story.
