You assured me, so I took the flight,

You told me to take, the jump to be free,
But you weren't free now, where you?
You're on your back, creating love anew,
How could you? Why would you?
Your face blank, so cold and -- what are you?
Yeah, you told me off, tipped me off course,
Saying that I'm not yours,
And you're not mine,
Well, that was before you cheated off the line,
Playing games like nobody's business,
Frolic in somebody else's business,
Can't we go back to how we used to?
Say the words I got used to,
Hanging in the edge of breaking,
I'm tippy, then now I'm falling,
Can't we say 'I Love You'?
Like How We Used To Do.
Yeah you've been drawing cards,
Kept on going even if it was hard,
Yet you kept distant, so unavailable,
You kept going, are you even stable?
We said we weren't going to fall,
But it was never our call,
We always rebel against nature,
Now I'm a demented creature,
One thing's for sure that we haven't known,
Is that it never matters how much love we've shown,
If you just gotta go when your love had grown,
Sick and Bored, just go, so you can leave me alone.

Yeah.... like how we used to do.... Sadly, I've never got the chance to do any of this to anyone.
And maybe I don't plan to someday. But what do I know? I don't control fate.
