What is it about the city that makes you want to scream? Every single night I feel tortured by the moonbeam. It's strange because it used to be so comforting. Now it's just off-putting. I feel pain and I'm constantly scared. My neighbour being friendly suddenly seems like a nightmare.
An unsteady creature scared to the bone
Has become too scared to even answer the phone.
This isn't my home.
So out in the dark dark streets I roam.
Flowers growing desperately from pavements
Look like a symbol of my resentments.
