"Jade, its ok, I'm a man. I can handle this stuff," I said enthusiastically. She raised her eyebrows and touch my toe with little pressure, I screeched.
"I think I broke your toe..." She diagnosed. I looked at her and then my toe three times before realizing she was capable to do something like this.
"Maybe," I grunted. The last time I broke a bone was when I was twelve riding a skate board and I broke my knee cap. "But its ok Jade, I have money for a broken bone to get a cast,"
"No, No, I'll pay for it since I broke it," She insisted.
"No, Jade. I will pay for it," I declared. She took my hand and held it in hers. Again, the butterflies filled my insides.
