Cami was standing alone in the darkness. Sam was a little ways ahead of her and was continuing to walk away from the little girl.

"Sammi! Wait, please!" Cami screamed, as she began to chase after her sister.

Sam turned around and faced her when Cami caught up to her.

"I have no idea who you are, kid. Now take a hike and go find your parents or something," Sam said, as she rolled her eyes and left the little girl standing by herself in the complete darkness. Cami fell to the ground and pulled her knees to her chest. She began to sob into her knee caps and scream quietly.

"Cami? Sweetie, wake up. Baby, you're having a bad dream!"

Cami began to feel like she was being lightly shook. She blinked her eyes a few times and felt someone pick her up with soft, gentle hands. Cami began to open her eyes into the light...

Cami's face was leaned into her brother's chest. He held her in his arms and was lightly kissing her on the top of the head. Rocking her back and forth, he began trying to get her to calm down.

Her face was beet red and tear-stained. Reed stroked her curls behind her ears and then began to walk them out into the hallway.

"W-what time i-is it?" Cami questioned, as she rubbed her eyes.

"It's 2:00 in the morning, honey. It's okay, though. You're going to sleep in my room, tonight," Reed said, as they walked into his bedroom. His bed was slightly messy and his blinds were now opened to show the city below.

He laid his sister down on the bed and then walked out of the bedroom. Cami sat where her brother had just been resting. She glanced over to the bedside table, a novel and his glasses rested upon it.

Reed appeared in the room a moment later. He held a sweating glass of water in his right hand. He walked over to the little girl and sat down next to her. He wrapped an arm around her and handed her the cool drink. She began to drink it and Reed looked at her with his caring, blue eyes.

"What am I going to do with you?" He whispered down to her. She looked up at him in confusion and then looked back to her drink. She took a few more sips and then handed the glass back over to her brother. He grasped onto it and he, too, took a small sip of the water. He set the glass onto the table next to him.

"Are you sleepy, again?" He asked her. Cami shrugged her shoulders and nodded her head.

He stood from the bed and walked over to the light switch. Flipping it downward, he walked back over to the bed. He slipped underneath the covers and Cami began to scoot closer to the young man. He wrapped his arms around her and held her tightly. The two siblings began to doze off, both dreaming about their sister who had run far, far away.

Cami blinked her eyes open. The scene that she was met with, was comforting and pleasant. Reed was fast asleep. His hair was beginning to lose its shape and a few strands hung down onto his forehead. One of his arms was lightly placed around Cami's small frame. His eyes had small, dark circles around them. Cami turned on her side to face the window about 7 feet away from them. She fidgeted in the young man's arms and he removed his arm. He rolled over to his other side, letting out a slight yawn in the process.
