Percy and Annabeth ended up staying together all through high school and later, even went to University together. They forgot all about the thing with Clarisse and were so happy to be together in the end. They spent a lot of time with their friends and all went to University together.
As for Clarisse, she never had a boyfriend through high school and sometimes continued to bully Annabeth. But Percy was alway there to protect Annabeth from the bullies.
In the end, everyone was happy and they never had any more problems. Percy and Annabeth were happy to be together and they never stopped loving each other.
