It took me a while but I finally convinced myself that this was the right thing to do…or at least that’s what I told myself.

Today I was plagued with questions that I had no idea how to answer.

How do I feel about Mason? Is the way I feel real? Is it worth losing him? How does he feel? How am I going to get over this? Is it even possible?

The only answer to all those questions was to have fun, and that’s exactly what I was going to do.

If I went out and for once had a good time maybe I’ll see that these feelings I think I have aren’t real at all...that would make everything a lot simpler.

Or maybe ill just end up hurting everyone and myself I care about…

But as I walked down the long walkway towards the large house surrounded by people I couldn’t help but push all those thoughts away.

As I stood outside the door listening to the blasting music coming from inside I let out a deep breath. I couldn’t help but mentally congratulate myself for successfully avoiding Mason and I thought I looked pretty good for a person who was a having a mental breakdown.

I was wearing a white lace dress that came up to about mid thigh, and had sleeves that stopped at my elbows with my converses of course (PICTURE OVER THERE---->)

After I finally gathered up the courage to knock on the door Ken opened the door and looked at me with a smile after he gazed up and down my body lustfully.

“Hey Andy!” he said happily over the loud music.

“Hey.” I said as I walked inside and stood beside him in the crowded foyer.

“Where’s Mase and the twins?” he asked and I couldn’t help but be annoyed. Everyone and their mom expected me to be on the arms of my brothers or Mason. For once why can’t I be on my own?

“Don’t really know….” I said and he nodded as some blonde girl tapped him on the shoulder.

“Hold on…” he said before he turned his attention to the blonde. I looked around the crowded house. There were more than a hundred people dancing in the living room and half of them I didn’t recognize.

“Listen I got to go handle something, but drinks and snacks are in the kitchen…enjoy.” He said with a smile before he followed the blonde girl upstairs.

I couldn’t help but feel out of place without Mason or my brothers as I stood in the entrance of the house looking around at the dozens of girls sloppily dancing with some boy who just wanted in their pants.

“Look who’s all by her lonesome.” I heard Matty say from behind me and I couldn’t help but roll my eyes.

“How can I help you Matty?” I asked with a raised eyebrow.

“Chill Andy I just wanted to offer you a drink, unless you're to scared to take it without your knight and shining armors by your side.” He said with a smirk.

I knew he was just baiting me and trying to get me annoyed, and it was working. Because after a few moments of staring at the red solo cup in his hand debating on what to do I grabbed the drink and chugged it back.
